Giannoulis – Cavo Spada Luxury Sports & Leisure Resort & Spa

I have just returned from this beautiful hotel. I had not booked to stay at this hotel ( we had been let down by another hotel and were transfered to Cavo Spada) . Every member of the team of staff at this hotel are amazing. We had a poolside room which has a patio area with table and chairs and sun loungers, and gives you direct access to a lovely pool. The hotel is spotless, the food is good, the themed restaurants give you options, and the azzuro al a carte restaurant is well worth a visit. You can relax as much as you like at this hotel because of its quiet location, or be as active as you like at all of the regular activities, indoor and outdoor gym, tennis courts, spa, regular organised workout classes, even spin classes. If you do book this hotel you will not be disappointed. A special mention to hotel manager Kantaras, this guy goes out of his way to make you and your stay a special stay. He has an amazing team around and you deserve all of the plaudits that you get.

We came here for our birthday we needed a week of relaxation. As a hotel worker in uk myself this hotel offers so much. The staff from checking in.lady with dark hair and pony tail in reception looked after me and my fiancé all week my birthday was 6th and his 10th. We both got a birthday cake it was amazing. This hotel is super clean. We had room 102 which was a swim up room. Totally best room in the hotel we think. In the restaurant Antonio was amazing. He was there day and night looking after all the guests. Such a credit to this hotel. I can’t have a single bad review. I will deffo return here. If you want a week of relaxation this is the hotel. Not much around tbh but you can get bus to Chania for less than 3 euros. Chania is beautiful and only 50 mins from the hotel. Kolymbari is only 15 mins but very quiet. There is absolutely nothing around here but totally quite amazing hotel with some entertainment at night. But mostly the daytime is fantastic Georgina in pool bar is brilliant super friendly such a big credit to this hotel. Overall I would give this hotel 5/5 - I would deffo recommend this hotel if you fancy a week of relaxation.

We had a lovely time here at this hotel! It was very relaxing being next to the poolside and having a very short walk to the beach. The food was great and offered good selections especially as I am a vegetarian. The staff were really accommodating and welcoming.

Mitarbeiter,fürKleinkinder absolut ungeeignet gibt noch nicht mal einen ordentlichen Spielplatz Indoor überhaupt nichts für Kinder Umgebung ist trostlos

Wybraliśmy ten hotel na podróż poślubną mojej siostry. Hotel miał dużo niepochlebnych opinii, więc jechaliśmy w lekkim stresie. Każdy kolejny dzień pozbawiał wiary... w negatywne opinie przeczytane na temat tego miejsca. Przede wszystkim obsługa, osoby dbające o czystość w pokoju być może i nadgorliwie, ale przynajmniej w pokoju zawsze były świeże kosmetyki i czyste ręczniki. Nie wszystkie posiłki były wyśmienite, ale na pewno było mnóstwo sałatek, wszystko było świeże i ciepłe. Obsługa w mgnieniu oka zauważała gości, jeśli trzeba pomagała znaleźć miejsce, oferowała drinki. Drinki przy basenie były przygotowywane z serdecznym uśmiechem. Klima w pokoju działa. Hotel jest na uboczu, natomiast oferuje darmowe aktywności dodatkowe, joga, pilates, pływanie na SUPach, siatkówka, siłownia - to z tych darmowych. Za opłatą kort tenisowy. Wieczory z muzyką na żywo na pięknym tarasie- okej tam może czasami było tłoczno, za to ZAWSZE przy basenie czy na plaży było mnóstwo leżaków, nie było potrzeby żadnej rezerwacji. Jest to pierwszy hotel do którego wybrałabym się raz jeszcze.

This hotel wasn't our original destination. However, due to a flight cancelation and availability at short notice this is where we ended up. From the moment we entered the resort we were treated very well. Given the size of the resort it still has a one to one feel when it comes to guest relations. Once the staff got to know us we were all on first name terms. Nothing seemed too much for any of the staff members. The rooms we were allocated were modern, spacious and always cleaned and serviced daily. The food I would describe as above average, always plenty of choice. Drinks were good with some made by premium brands at no extra charge. The hotel is set on a good size plot and although quite busy we never felt like we were surrounded by other people. Great location with regular local buses just outside the resort taking you to other parts of the island. All in all the holiday turned out much better than expected given the short notice when booking.
