Had a great experience in hotel Babul. Anytime with a bell ring someone will be there to asssist u. Next time if im in Calcutta definitely will stay there.

Very poor room condition, non of the appliances were working.They were there for display only. They provided one towel between 2 guests. We were charged extra upon requesting for a better room.Don’t recommend for anyone!!

This hotel is very clean and suitably located near the airport. They have done good work to maintain the overall room and washroom cleanliness. I was quite satisfied and happy. The staff were also very helpful and co-operative. Thanks.

I am not satisfied Babul Hotel

Very good stay. Neat and clean room. Good food. AC and Fan working properly. 24 hours reception help line. Airport drop facility. Very clean toilet. But television was not working.

showing that for drop one way is complementary but they charge us 400 why showing and with hotel guide is different please make sure with hotel and should be same i am not happy

After checking in they altered the hotel to babul guest house instead of hotel babul. I didn't have any option that time for which I supposed to stay in a uncleaned, broken glass and small room, although I paid for ac delux room. Whole building was vibrating like earthquake when vehicles were running besides the roads.

Room is very cojusted not 170 sqft as showimg. Water-flow in bathroom is very slow sometime no water. Tv did not work atall. Not a higenic place to stay.

Good for quick night stay outside airport. Very helpful staff, clean and right outside the airport.

Everything was fine. Staff was friendly. Till on the last day. I showed them on the 2 rooms I booked including a total of 4 breakfast. Ut they insisted I did not. I booked one more room for a additional day. And it also showed breakfast included. I did not get the breakfast I paid for. And they were no longer friendly. They told me I need to get 3 taxi for the 5 people with luggages. And after we waited for them to get taxi (we cancelled our Uber) and then they said they can't get any taxi. So we went to the street and got all in with2 taxi. I don't understand why asking for what we paid for is not right. It is a problem they have with their ******* listing. But it is not a good experience on the last day.

It’s a 3-star near CCU airport in a densely crowded city like Kolkata, may be great by local standards but rating based on ratings standards. Stayed/slept for 4 hours - late arrival and early flight. Good value stay, didn’t feel unsafe.

The staff on duty during check in was helpful, but when we got in to our room there’s no water in the bathroom, had to inform the front desk, but water came soon after.
