room service facility is not good & proper , Food quality is not upto the mark , moreover bathroom is stinky , the window glasses r covered by dark film causing obstruction of natural light

Ekanta Cottage in Eco park is marvelous for me.Its environment and position is just beautiful when I visit there I do not feel I am in Kolkata because it's full of nature beauty, and the staff behaviour is too polite and good just like friendly. So I recommend everyone to come and enjoy the nature beauty and make your mind with peace of energy.

Booked room for 1 day. Room allocated with faulty heater. When pointed out took 3 person and about an hour to repair. Couldn't get shower within time.
Room service is pathetic. Asked for one extra tea bag but denied
Behavior of Security stuff is very rude specially in the entry gate. If you have private car , you will be harassed.
The place is exclusive and with scenic beauty. Food is also very good.
Need to improve service AND definitely replace the security in the entry gate.......

The stay of 3nights was good for us. The beds are comfortable. No smart tv wch they had told wl b in rums. Complimentary breakfast was only puri sabji, boiled eggs &bread wd tea. Small bathroom. Slow room service. Rude receptionist. The surroundings are quiet, cool & green, beautiful though unmaintained. We paid /night & its not worth it. So 3stars frm me.
