다음에가게되면 숙박을 조금 더 길게 계획할것같아요. 짧게 머문것이 아쉬울정도로 편안하고 좋았습니다. 수영장이 사진에서 보기보다 훨씬 크게 길어서 방에서 모두 가깝게 수영장을 즐길수있는 설계에 감탄했습니다.

酒店真的太棒了，擁有美麗的海景和超級大的泳池，小朋友玩的非常開心，一價全包的服務在酒店的任何地方都能享受到飲品和食品，每個服務員都非常親切和熱心，房間很大，還擁有超大的沙發，睡得很舒服，衹定了一晚覺得非常遺憾，下次一定要多住幾天！

第一次入住全包酒店，酒店裝修現代有設計感，服務特別好，食物也很美味，幾乎每個時間段都有餐廳開放，並且基本沒限制。小朋友很喜歡水上滑梯，雖然不大，但是人不多，可以盡情玩。可惜五月初温度比較低，還伴有大風，户外泳池雖然漂亮，但是不太能遊。

Très bel hôtel, suite avec accès piscine parfaite.
Hôtel de luxe adapté aux familles, avec une équipe au kid’s club formidable ! L’aire de jeux aquatique pour enfant est top. Très grande et belle piscine !
Le personnel est très aimable ! Petite attention pour les 3 ans de ma fille !
Le all inclusive est très bon ! Avec en prime , les dîners à la carte 👌
Hôtel que je recommande les yeux fermés !
Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits. Tout était parfait !

Hôtel formidable !!!
Le service, les employés, la piscine, le buffet tout était génial !
Une expérience vraiment incroyable, nous avons fait différents hôtels en Crête et il est clairement au dessus du lot.
La Canée à 30mn et Balos à 1h00.
Seul petit bémol, la qualité du café des machines du restaurant mais possible de le prendre aux différents Bars pour en avoir un de qualité :)
Idem pour le choix de cocktail sans alcool qui est un peu limité
Mais rien de dramatique largement rehaussé par tout le reste !!!

The most beautiful hotel complex I’ve ever stayed at. Great variety of food and drinks. Staff accommodating and friendly. Loads of space - never an issue finding a sunbed.

Beautiful hotel, bad service
The facilities are very nice, and it’s a beautiful hotel. But the service was definitely not 5 stars.
It’s hard to get food and water outside of the buffet opening hours. So for instance if you want to have a snack between 16 and 18:30 it’s only possible to get chips or nuts from the pool bar.
If you want water bottles before 10:00 you have to go to the reception.
If we wanted to eat by the pool it was only possible to go to snack bar between 13 and 16 and bring it yourself.
By the kids waterpark area the only food choice is pork gyros which with no vegetarian options. We also noticed that food was not clearly labeled for dietary restrictions and allergies.
We personally did not get guide of the hotel until we personally asked for one after 2 days, which created some embarrassing moments for us at the a la carte restaurant. Through the whole trip I felt I had to ask what services and facilities they had, no one told you about the hotel to make the stay easier.
In general we just did not get the feeling of being at a 5 star hotel all inclusive hotel. We choose the travel form because it’s easy with kids, and I don’t feel they provided that.
I’d probably get the same experience at a 3 or 4 star hotel for a lot cheaper.
