Ravintola ja aula eivät häikäisseet. Tulimme myöhään ja lupasivat tarvittaessa odottaa. Ehdimme kuitenkin juuri klo 23 perille. Huone ja sängyn mukavat, ilmastointi olisi voinut toimia paremmin. Aamupala ei erikoinen, mutta riittävä. Yksi henkilökunnasta oli erittäin väsynyt aamulla 😅
Nyt Makarskassa saman hintaisessa hotellissa ja tämä paratiisi verrattuna Vimbulaan, 4 tähden hotelli merinäköalalla ja uima-altaalla

This charming hotel is located in Komolac,a town which is 5 kms outside of Dubrovnik. It is a very quiet and secluded location on the banks of a river. There is a marina next to it where sevral boats are parked. We really loved this place, though we had inital concerns about the distance. There is a bus stop which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel with buses connecting to the Old Town area every 15 minutes. This is a family-owned and run boutique hotel with 12 rooms. The room was really nice, with a comfortable bed, well maintained bathroom and a view of the river. The hotel has a restaurant that overlooks the river, and having breakfast there early in the morning was a wonderful experience. Be warned this is a two storeyed building with no elevator (lift). The gentle man in the front desk was kind enough to help us carry our baggage to the upper floor. He also gave us free bus passes valid for that day, which was a very kind gesture. The experience we had was something similar to living in a nature resort outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Our stay here made our Dubrovnik experience truly special and memorable.

Such a lovely find! Great stop before our sailing trip. Clean and good value for money, this little hotel is located right on the river in a tiny village 5 min walk from the ACI marina. The restaurant was great and the service was fab. Would definitely recommend.

Love it here! Such a great spot. Right on the water, great food, comfy rooms, friendly staff. Their drinks and seafood here are great. This is a very relaxed spot, out of the city. And it’s very scenic.

Super nettes Personal! Marianna hat sogar ein Bild von uns auf dem Hauseigenen Boot gemacht. Man fühlt sich wohl und das Essen ist ebenfalls sehr sehr gut. Ich würde jedem empfehlen den Trubel aus Dubrovnik hierher zu entfliehen und einen ruhigen Abend am Meer genießen.

The hotel is on a quiet street overlooking a beautiful, serene, colorful river with boats. We dined at their outstanding restaurant on this river.The chef Steve presents superb dishes with attention to detail. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Mirianna was our wonderful server two days in a row. She went to elementary school in our hotel building sixty years ago! Less than 200 meters is a city bus that takes you straight to the Old City gate and wall. So very convenient! The breakfast was wonderful with an array of choices. We are recommending this hotel for any stay in the Dubrovnik area.
