"Coming from a few days of high altitude trekking, Konitsa Mountain hotel on top of the town was the perfect transition to the urban life. The room was spacious, with a nice balcony overlooking the town of Konitsa from the top. Wooden carved ceiling and parquet flooring, bathtub in the toilet, comfortable beds, coffee in the cupboard and bottled water in the fridge were a bonus courtesy. I especially liked the delicious dinner with pork roll and the wonderful buffet breakfast with so many fresh choices, meat and egg alternatives, homemade jams, tyro pita, desserts and you name it. The special care and dedication of the owner's mother made the meals feel like home. Thank you!"

"This place is amazing! I stayed for one night and ended up coming back for another 10 days! The room is beautiful, clean with everything I need plus a lovely kitchen and super comfy bed. Location and the environment is unbeatable with the national park, river, the Konitsa bridge, the breathtaking mountains and some nice restaurants all within walking distance. Big shout out for the host, Stavros for his detailed service, caring and warm hospitality and so helpful in all ways possible. Do a rafting tour with his company if you love the rivers and mountains. He is the best guide for this place"

"We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Rodovoli in Konitsa with my family! The location is fantastic with breathtaking views over the mountains and the Aoos River, a perfect spot to relax and connect with nature. The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, and the traditional Greek breakfast was delicious, full of fresh local flavors. What really made our stay special was the warm hospitality from the hotel team. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting the region!"

"My recent experience with Gefyri Hotel was disappointing, to say the least. I booked two rooms online through *******, intending to stay in May. However, due to an error on Expedia's part where the booking was processed for June instead of May, I quickly realized the mistake within minutes of booking. Immediately, I contacted Gefyri Hotel to request a date change or cancellation. The staff's response was incredibly frustrating. They were inflexible and unwilling to accommodate my request to modify or cancel the reservation, citing their policy without any empathy or attempt to find a solution. Their communication was curt and unhelpful, leaving me feeling disregarded as a customer. While I did not personally stay at the hotel, this experience with their staff left a sour taste. Their lack of customer service and unwillingness to assist under these circumstances reflects poorly on their professionalism. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at Gefyri Hotel, as they prioritized policy adherence over basic customer courtesy. Based on my interaction, I cannot recommend Gefyri Hotel to others looking for accommodations in Greece. Their handling of this situation was disappointing, and I advise potential guests to be cautious when booking with them."

"Check in & check out was efficient. beautiful Mountain View from room balcony. Room & bathroom is very spacious. Queen size Bed. Provided green tea, hand wash, shampoo & body wash, slippers. Bottle of water could be provided or could be given options to buy from mini bar. Mini bar was empty. Complementary Breakfast was good. We visited in May - there was No lunch and dinner in the restaurant, need to drive to town for lunch & dinner. Parking is on the property."
