The rooms are small but nice, newly refurbished (it's April 2022), cleanliness could be improved (I found several long dark hairs on my bed), the area is nice with lots of green, walking distance to the Thermal Baths Constance and to the lake, but the breakfast was so bad, it impacted the whole experience. The breakfast staff were uncoordinated, things were constantly unavailable, the staff had to be reminded to refill, the food was low quality, the coffee machine constantly busy or empty. We were told the situation is better on weekends so maybe avoid staying there during the week.

We stayed in 6 different hotels while in Germany. Waldhaus Jakob was the best and the least expensive of them all. We were upgraded to a room in the new section. Large room with a porch. The bathroom was cleverly designed into 3 sections, sink, toilet, shower. Breakfast was wonderful. In the old section of the hotel which is charming. The hotel is in the middle of a forest area on the lake. It was a 30 minute walk to the ferry to Meersburg. There is free parking at the hotel and a bus stop across the street if you want to go into town

Waren Heute mit der Familie zu Gast im Restaurant! Das Essen war der Hammer , alles auf den Punkt gegart hatte Sterne Niveau! Auch Preislich akzeptabel tolle Küche !!! Bitte kein Softeis mehr für eure Eiskreationen verwenden auch nicht als Eiskaffee!!! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und können das Waldhaus empfehlen. Liebe Grüße

Wir waren im Neubau. Es war alles wunderbar. Wir werden noch in 1 Monat wiederkommen Zimmer sensationell. Alle sehr nett. Die Lage ist ausserhalb. Wir hatten Aussicht auf den See. Im Hotel hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.Für uns hat PreinLeistung gepasst. Am Wochenende muss man aber auf die Preise achten. Personal war sehr nett

Wir waren nur 1 Tag hier, da wir mit dem Fahrrad um den Bodensee gefahren sind. Die Lage ist traumhaft zum erholen , im Wald mit Blick auf den See, direkt an der Therme. Das Zimmer im Neubau sehr schön, sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant exzellent, Bedienung sehr aufmerksam, Biergarten mit Blick auf den See wunderbar. Bushaltestelle direkt am Hotel. Alles perfekt, wir kommen sicher wieder

Sehr schönes Hotel (Neubau), sehr schön gelegen am Lorretto Wald, oberhalb der Therme, mit Seesicht. Geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer mit schönem Balkon, sehr gut zum runterkommen und entspannen. Das Hotel: Für ein Drei-Sterne-Hotel war das Frühstück echt erbärmlich. Insbesondere die Brötchen vom Vortag. Oder auch Reste der Currywurst vom Vortag. Zudem besteht das Risiko, nur noch im Zeitraum zwischen 8 Uhr und 8,45 Uhr frühstücken zu dürfen, weil angeblich zuwenig Platz ist (stimmt nicht) und andere Gäste schon die späteren Frühstückszeiten gebucht haben. Der Mann von der Rezeption sollte evtl. einen Kurs zum Thema Freundlichkeit besuchen. Er wirkte ziemlich überfordert. Die Parkplatzsituation ist sehr schlecht. Die wenigen Hotelparkplätze sind teuer und im Vorfeld zu reservieren. Das Restaurant: Überteuertes Silvesterdinner. Der Braten und die Soße waren sehr gut, der Rest... naja. Das ganze als Buffet auf relativ engem Raum zu präsentieren war keine gute Idee. Es bildeten sich Menschenschlangen um essende Menschen an Tischen herum. Kurz gesagt: Das Geld nicht wert. Fazit: einmal und nie wieder!

Sono stato in questo hotel per una notte con la mia ragazza in occasione di una giornata a Costanza. La struttura si trova sul lago ed è poco fuori dal centro cittadino. All'esterno è presente un ampio parcheggio gratuito per i clienti e una fermata del bus. La camera era spaziosa e arredata con tutto il necessario. Dato che eravamo in una residenza storica non era presente l'aria condizionata ma un ventilatore. Tutta l'area è molto tranquilla e silenziosa. Soggiornando qui e pagando la tassa di soggiorno si ha diritto a un biglietto giornaliero per i mezzi pubblici cittadini. È presente anche un ristorante per chi non volesse spostarsi. I prezzi sono onesti e allineati all'offerta.
