Camvillia Resort Messinia

Our stay at camvillia was nothing short of outstanding. We stayed for 10 nights and for the first 4 we were upgraded to one of the best rooms they had as the one we booked wasn’t available yet which was fantastic. the entire resort had the most amazing views and most relaxing atmosphere. the staff was extremely professional and accommodating from the moment we got there until the end. majority of the rooms are scattered across the resort but the hotel offer a buggy (like a golf cart) to pick you up and drop you off from your room to the main part of the hotel as it’s quite a far walk. our second room (the one we booked) was the deluxe shared pool room and our room was recently built so the tv in our room was newer and came with netflix and other streaming services which was great for night time and was absolutely lovely too. We were half board in our booking and the breakfast was lovely everything very fresh and you can order fresh coffees and they were amazing, but what really stood out was the dinner provided, it wasn’t a buffet it was a proper restaurant with a proper menu and special starters and mains on every night. everything we ate was exceptional and again the waiting staff were very helpful and accommodating too. there is a shuttle bus which takes you to and from the beach if you want to go and if you want to go to koroni, kalamata or any surrounding area for more stuff to do you can ask the reception to book you a taxi. the taxi to koroni was 15€ one way and to kalamata was 55€ one way. the surrounding villages of the hotel we did struggle sometimes to think of things to do but it did not take away anything from our stay at camvillia. i could not recommend strongly enough that if you’re looking for a relaxing, chilled out holiday this is absolutely perfect. The resort has beautiful views is quiet and the rooms are clean. From the staff I would like to mention the reception lady Konstantina (MGR), the breakfast kitchen lady Loula , the fast driver Kostas, the young ladyTheodora and finally Alex from the bar who made our last night at the resort unforgettable. Very beautiful setting, very friendly and efficient staff : a relaxing experience from start to finish.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday here - it as amazing! We loved everything about it The staff were so friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble Our room was spotlessly clean which was also reflected throughout the resort. The bed was soooooo comfortable and huge ! Breakfast, which was enjoyable, plentiful and catered for everyone, was served on the restaurant balcony overlooking the stunning views - idyllic. The sandy beach, which is accessed via the resorts minibus driven by the ever cheerful Gerry, is well worth a visit with its comfortable sun beds and two beach bars We found it good value for money and can't wait to return

Περάσαμε μερικές υπέροχες μέρες σε αυτό το ξενοδοχείο και πραγματικά ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία μας! Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικά ευγενικό, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο και διακοσμημένο με γούστο, ενώ η θέα ήταν πραγματικά μαγευτική. Ο πρωινός μπουφές ήταν πλούσιος, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και εξαιρετική ποιότητα. Τα πάντα ήταν φρέσκα, καλομαγειρεμένα και προσεγμένα, από τα αρτοσκευάσματα μέχρι τις πιο υγιεινές επιλογές. Ήταν πραγματικά ένα από τα καλύτερα πρωινά που έχουμε δοκιμάσει σε ξενοδοχείο και ξεκινούσε τη μέρα μας ιδανικά. Το εστιατόριο του ξενοδοχείου ήταν εξίσου εντυπωσιακό. Κάθε γεύμα ήταν μια ξεχωριστή εμπειρία: προσεγμένα πιάτα, υψηλή ποιότητα υλικών και δημιουργικότητα στη γεύση. Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν άψογη και το περιβάλλον ευχάριστο και καλαίσθητο. Και φυσικά, δεν μπορούμε να μην αναφέρουμε το υπέροχο μπαρ και τον μοναδικό κύριο Αλέξ! Τα κοκτέιλ του ήταν απλά εξαιρετικά – δημιουργικά, τέλεια ισορροπημένα και με προσωπικότητα. Ο κ. Αλέξ δεν είναι απλώς bartender, αλλά πραγματικός καλλιτέχνης πίσω από τη μπάρα, και η ευγένεια και ο επαγγελματισμός του μας έκαναν να νιώθουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Συνολικά, ήταν μια εμπειρία πέντε αστέρων που συνδυάζει άψογη φιλοξενία, υψηλή αισθητική και εξαιρετικές γεύσεις. Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

We returned to this fabulous hotel for the second time in June We had an amazing time. We stayed in one of the newly built rooms with a shared pool. Great room tastefully decorated and a big comfy bed The views from our patio were stunning Great breakfast with lots of choice and good service, again with breath taking views over the sea and mountains The pool is cold and refreshing just what you need after some sun bathing and there’s never a rush to grab your sunbed All the staff are so friendly and willing to help out anyway they can, which makes the stay even more special A suggestion for access to the pool would be a hand rail for this guest that aren’t as sprightly as we once were Looking forward to returning next year
