20 km north of Vaasa, Gulf of Bothnia (sea area)/Raippaluodonselkä 100 m, shallow, hard sand /moraine shore, own boat.

Wooden building 1987, renovated 2016, living room/kitchen, bedroom bunk, bedroom double bed, washroom with WC and shower and open porch. Separate guest house/sauna building 32 m², in living room/kitchen double bed, sauna with electric stove, washroom, dressing room and open porch. Water to the sauna must be carried from the cottage.

On sea shore new sauna building 18 m², wood-fired stove, dressing room, small porch, sea 10 m. Water pipe during summer, during winter water must be carried from the cottage. In dressing room extra double bed. Comfortable location for up to 2 families on holiday.

Bed linen and towels can not be rented and therefore guests should bring their own.

Charging a motor home, caravan or electric car is charged 10€/day (no official charging point), payment directly to the owner on site. Composed of 3 buildings in pleasant, sheltered location on 7000-m² grassed plot. The nearest neighbor is the owner's own cottage, distance to the seaside sauna is 80 m and to the cottage 200 m. Sea is on west side, with Raippaluoto island visible on far side 5 km away. Cottage located alongside road to Köklot on Iskmo Lillön island. The spectacular North Quarken archipelago became a Unesco World Heritage Site in 2007.

Seaside restaurant and fishermen’s market jetty at Raippaluoto bridge 9 km, good fishing opportunities, owner loans out fish nets, horse riding stables10 km, Golf course 27 km, Öjberg downhill ski centre and sawdust track 20 km, Vanha Vaasa (Old Vaasa town), museums and art galleries 20 km. Björkön Svedjehamn features the North Quarken’s westernmost summer café (Cafe Salteriet), 30 km.
