"My experience at this hotel in Kos was, unfortunately, overwhelmingly negative. The property is old and poorly maintained, with a truly inadequate level of cleanliness. The room was beyond reproach: dark, with a tiny shower enclosed by a dirty curtain that was shorter than the shower tray, so much so that the bathroom flooded every time. The overall feeling of dirtiness was evident both in the room and in the common areas. The staff was also neither attentive nor helpful, which made the stay even more disappointing. Breakfast was another sore point: very poor, with little choice and mediocre quality. Furthermore, I find it absurd that any extra request—like a cappuccino or a simple coffee—is charged extra, despite breakfast being included. In short, an experience I would not recommend to anyone. The hotel urgently needs modernization, more thorough cleaning, and, above all, a different approach to guests."
