Supermarket 200 m, restaurant 500 m, café 200 m, bus stop "Kössen Landbrücke Kreisverkehr" 280 m, railway station "Kufstein Bahnhof" 23.8 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, bathing lake 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 800 m, tennis 1 km, skisport facilities 2.2 km, ski bus stop 500 m, cross country ski track 10 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Bergbahnen Kössen 2.2 km, Waidring Steinplatte 29 km, Kitzbühel 31 km. A bit outdated but completely ok with children, everything you need is there. The bathrooms need to be renovated. If you don't expect luxury, you're in good hands here

Beautiful house, good location, nice contact. Unfortunately, something in the years and in details also worn and lovelessly designed. Nevertheless, we would like to come back. No-go for the teenagers: no wifi
