Tv comes with good selection and free movies. Bed is nice. Only that is not comfortable is there's no door to the bathroom/wc. Unless u come alone or spouse, u'll feel not comfortable to commute between wc and bathroom."

"Stayed here with family for 4d3n. Our 1st trip to kelantan . Located at a very strategic place right opposite KB mall and near to all places of interest. 1 parking lot provided for free, just be careful when driving up the parking lot as it is quite steep. Basic amenities available in the apartment. Overall satisfied and worth the money."

"Suggestions to improve the toilet because the toilet cannot be pumped, the shower water is small, the door cannot be closed and locked, the pillowcase is a little dirty, upgrading all of this will make it worth the price, thank you"

AAnonymous UserLocation wise, near to Pasar Siti Khadijah (ehailing). We stay at a double bed room near to lift, convenient as I bring a senior citizen with me. Room space okay not too spacious. Have prayer mat, kiblah direction, shower gel & shampoo (you have to bring your own toothbrush & toothpaste), kettle and astro tv with 4-5 channels. Iron & ironboard in each floor. Room not soundproof. Breakfast spread okay (2-3 main dish, tasty). Friendly & good service from front desk. Lift was unique (transparent, pull & push)
Pro : easy to get food as pasar malam was just in front of the hotel (7.30pm-10pm)
Cons : parking limited, careful when ironing, cleanliness can be improved.

bathroom not so clean. got it its quite old hotel but still its considered as the best in town hence hopefully they can upgrade the cleanliness. breakfast foods are varities and all good. good the local kueh on your breakfast and the nasik kerabu

MMohammad Zabri binThe hotel is currently having a lobby renovation so entry and exit is through the Billion Supermarket lobby. Having said that, the hotel made the temporary pathway rather integrated and security posts and reception was extended to the temporary lobby. The hotel lobby itself is grand and beautiful and staff were always available, attentive and accommodating. Check in was pretty smooth.
My room was very spacious and decor although a bit dated is still good. The hallway wallpaper outside needs some care though. Toilet is good and comfortable seating and working spaces. Bed is supersized and amenities are adequate.
Wi-Fi connectivity is easy and very fast! Breakfast variety is as good as any 5 star hotel although consistency in taste is the issue. I had a great breakfast on the first day but the second day was rather meh despite having almost similar dishes as the day before. Dining staff are very kind and gracious to your needs.

KKai HoeThe room are clean. Perfect location, 100m walk to kebun sultan food street. Two convenient store nearby. Breakfast are tasty as well. Only one downside, the towel are yellowish and smelly, suggest hotel to replace all towels

Thanks to front desk as I called to them few hours before arrival to request to arrange the room facing KB mall & clean the room + change the clean bedsheets (afraid the room was empty too long with smell ).
It was all great only with one BAD which it's not sound proof. The windows not functioning well as U can hear the vehicles noise whole night....Hope the Tune management can invest some $$$ to repair / upgrade the windows rubbers to make all perfect.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location, directly opposite Wakaf Che Yeh Night Market, with numerous shops and amenities surrounding it. However, the parking area behind the hotel is limited and quite cramped. The first room I was assigned was in poor condition; the air conditioning wasn't cooling at all, but thankfully I was able to switch rooms. Cleanliness was an issue; the bed felt quite hard, and the sheets weren't clean. While it might be okay for a single night's stay, it's far from comfortable. The second room was similar, though the air conditioning was slightly better. It was an old unit that cooled very slowly and appeared unmaintained. On the positive side, the hotel staff's service was acceptable. The elevator also had an unpleasant odor. Overall, the cleanliness left much to be desired.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is strategically located at centre of Kota Bharu and opposite kelantan river. Walking distance to Muzium Perang (Bank Kerapu), other few museums & Restoran nasi ulam cikgu. There is a few food stalls open at night near the hotel. Cannot expect much for amenities but the hotel did provide body wash in the toilet but no shampoo. Still feel safe as solo female traveller. Plus point the hotel has elevator & water refill machine on every floor if im not mistaken. The downside maybe the hotel’s hallway seems a bit gloomy & musty. No window hence the musty smell in the room as well.
However, i would definitely choose this hotel again if i ever come to Kota Bharu considering its location & price wise.

AAnonymous Userthe room booked was different, when I arrived at the hotel I was given another room.. there was no TV in the room. the shared bathroom was not stated. the water in the toilet was too slow like urine so long in the toilet to take a shower. the rice breakfast was not complete with tea or coffee. Staff who don't care. Fried pulse food is like sharing it with animals. I'm too arrogant in business. I don't want to be complacent, but the room is ok. But the breakfast provided is very inconsiderate of the guests.
