酒店非常老舊，應該和香格里拉沒什麼關係吧。位置還是不錯的， 接待也很好，但是設施不敢恭維。早上的餐食比起酒店設施本身還是非常可以的。噪音還是有點大的，睡眠弱的不行，床上用品有點發黃

衹能去機場前臨時待一下，隔音太差，設施太舊

還可以吧，第一天雙床房沒有第二天大床房好，毛巾有點發黑洗不出來，整體也還可以吧

酒店離機場、加雅街、海鮮市場都很近，grab出行方便。樓下711等超市,生活便捷。山景房比較安靜，性價比很高。 酒店一樓在重新裝修中（接近尾聲），洗臉盆的下水比較慢，建議更新一下。

Location still ok, but need some walk, room size is ok but feel the floor very dusty. Service so so. U feel the age if the facilities.

Clean room

The location quite ok and convenience, the bed or room also moderate accordingly and receptionist is helpful and friendly, the feedback is that the edge of the toilet bowl is too sharp causing discomfort or pain when sitting, the shower head is positioned too high, and the water pressure is too strong, it feel uncomfortable on the face.

Seems to have been renovated since my last stay: rooms are still quite basic compared to other Shangrila hotels but clean and comfortable. No safe in the room. Buffet breakfast also not of the same standard as other Shangrila properties. Main issue here is the neighbour noise from people slamming doors or having loud conversations late at night.

The stay was quite comfortable. The staff were helpful, the room service was good. Wi-fi was off for a day but they fixed it later. Breakfasts were also decent . The only thing that scared was gray towels.

冷氣不太冷 熱水不夠熱

酒店老舊。但性價比尚可。不是真正的香格里拉酒店。這個酒店順着地段好旁邊就有希爾頓酒店，可以隨時切換的高端模式。

엘리베이터가 느리고 건물은 항상 공사중이지만, 방이 넓었고 시원했습니다. 드라이기가 조금 낡았고 냉장고는 잘 작동합니다. 침대도 크고 좋았어요.
