The hotel is located at a prime location in the city centre of KK. I’ve booked a room with sea view and it’s the best seaview I’ve ever seen. The morning buffet has a lot of varieties and things are pretty good. The staffs also very friendly with fantastic customer service.

Spacious room with beautiful ornaments. The view from the room overlooking the Kota Kinabalu City is as far eye can see. Highly recommended hotel. Lots of good food around.

It was a great experience.
It was my second trip to Kota Kinabalu and I chose this hotel as a wonderful choice.
Delicious food, wonderful scenery.
Most of all, I felt very warm thanks to the kind staff
I would like to thank the receptionists for their kindness in entering and leaving, the dining room, the rooftop, gym, and everyone who always works hard for housekeeping, and I look forward to seeing you again on my next trip.

My first stay in Le Meridien and I was blown away by the physical features and the service. We stay there 3 nights in total over two legs
Special mention to Reazy (hope I got her name right) who served me when we checked in and out on our first leg. She was professional and warm! She had some good recommendations on food and was lovely to interact with. Compliments to Malcolm who welcomed us back when we return for our third night stay.
We were given a complimentary upgrade to a Sea view king room. We were so thankful as we could see then beautiful sea and sunset.
The rooms were very spacious and posh looking. The breakfast was great and offered variety. The location is the best!!
We would want to be back one day!

Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel is conveniently located right opposite Anjung Kinabalu, and just a short distance from Jesselton Point, various eateries, and shopping malls.

Beautiful hotel. Large clean room. Good pool and well equipped gym. Just across the road from a huge variety of bars and restaurants, most with views to take advantage of the sunset.

Good location - We stayed here only for 1 night before catching a morning flight after a trip to Manukan Island. It was about 15 mins from the airport and 6 mins from Sutera Harbour. We were able to check in early at about 1pm. It was a great location with the market and food stalls just in front of the hotel. There was also the night market just beside the hotel.
Club lounge - We enjoyed our time at the club lobby with unlimited alcoholic drinks from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. The service staff were very patient, welcoming, and attentive.
Room - we had the king room with City view. The room was spacious and clean. While it was stated city view, we were able to have a view of the harbour and Mt Kinabalu at the far distance.

First time to this hotel. Glad to make the correct choice, strategically located, nice room and shower.
Only need to improve - please smile front desk ambassador, it sad to see suckling face in early morning at check-in and check out counter, feel that you only ‘working’ not embracing the responsibility given, especially when you serve your own country people… seem smiling are selective to only foreigner/ overseas tourist.
