The behaviour and attitude you described are certainly not reflective of our standards, and we have addressed this matter with the team to prevent recurrence.Regarding the issue with your room key card, we understand how frustrating it must have been. Our room key cards can sometimes be sensitive when placed near mobile phones or electronic devices, which may result in them being demagnetized. We apologize that our team did not explain this or extend the appropriate assistance and empathy during the incidentIn relation to food delivery, we understand your concern. As part of our resort policy, external food delivery services such as GrabFood are not permitted within the property. This is to ensure the safety, hygiene, and overall guest experience across the resort. Signage regarding this policy is displayed at the Front Desk and in guest rooms. We are, however, reviewing how this information is conveyed at check-in to ensure guests are adequately informed in the future.We would also like to highlight that our resort offers 11 dining outlets with a wide selection of cuisines and ambiances, along with 24-hour room service, making it convenient for our guests to dine comfortably at any time without the need to leave the resort.While we are heartened to know that you enjoyed our facilities, swimming pool, sunset views, and restaurant quality, we deeply regret that the service inconsistencies impacted your overall impression. Regarding the room key access, our system is designed so that keys automatically expire at 12:15 PM. This helps us manage timely room turnover, but should any guest need to retrieve belongings after check-out, our front desk is always happy to assist in reactivating the key or arranging support.
