Such a wonderful place to stay. Nice and cozy. Even the rooms are spacious. The ambience is nice also. We booked a family room for our stay here.

Automated carpark was awesome and most of the staff were courteous and attentive. Room was clean and decorated beautifully, it was waste that i didnt choose to stay another night there as i had wanted try another hotel.

Good location, the shopping mall just next to the hotel. But the view of room is nothing. And keep have some sounds during the night but not that serious.

We stayed in the Deluxe Family Room for 2 nights. Overall, everything was good, but the paid parking was a downside. It cost RM15 per entry/day, and I ended up paying RM45 throughout my stay. While it’s not a huge amount, I felt the hotel could have provided complimentary parking—especially when Le Méridien, located right in the middle of the city, offers it for free.
