A lovely massage with Meena and Nisha. Such a relaxing and calm experience. And very attentive. 10/10 would recommend.

I think when not during the summer holidays this hotel is a 5 star but during the holidays it cannot cope so it's definitely more of a 4 star. The food was fantastic, especially at the Jasmine but even in the buffet, the quality of the meat and variety was stunning. I also really loved the mexican restaurant which was great to use at lunchtime. The cocktails were generally good especially in the Carob lounge and the red wine was pretty good. The room was lovely, as a family of four upgrading to a suite gave us some extra space and a huge bathroom. The entertainment I think catered for most people, we enjoyed the quiz, the silent disco and also most of the live acts in the Carob. The issues we had were that we barely were able to get loungers around the main pool due to them all being taken by 9am, we ended up going to the splash park most days which I actually liked because it was a bit more relaxed and the frozen margaritas were lovely. The only thing was our last but one day we had a new lifeguard there who shouted at people all day and some guests decided to do a dirty protest in the pool which I think was a response...not great and definitely not 5 star. Finding seats outside in the Carob could get very difficult, it was clear they weren't able to accommodate for that many families, the adults only terrace was pretty much always empty, which we decided to sit in one evening due to no other seating being available and got asked to move despite no one else being around us, we did refuse until they made seats available for us. Also the service was slow at peak times and I think that's due to the space for the bar staff to keep up with orders from both waiters and the punters at the bar, having only 2 staff making drinks was not fair on the staff and meant a long wait for everyone. The non all inclusive bar across from it had plenty of seating and staff barely any customers, maybe that could be utilised better during peak periods. Our room, which was very comfortable but the mini bar was far from cold, I would say marginally cooler than outside of it. I did let the reception staff know and that we needed to keep medication cool but nothing was done. Some parts of the room did feel tired and being on ground floor we had a nice terrace but only 2 chairs for a family of 4 and no where to dry wet clothes. On our last night we had a huge cockroach in our room! Our final gripe was on the day we were leaving we left our bags in our room as we were advised to on check out, I told them on check that we had done that and was told that from 11 they would be collecting them and leaving them in the luggage room, our pick was 12, I waited until 11:45 and still no sign of our bags, spoke to the reception staff, was informed we hadn't been put on list for collection, no sorry, no offer to go collect right away, both my husband and I had to leave our kids in the reception to watch our hand luggage whilst we ran to our room to get the suitcases. We had the absolute pleasure of experiencing a massage and spa treatment (experts special ritual) with Meena and Lahmi, and we cannot recommend them highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and perfectly set for relaxation. Both Meena and Lahmi were incredibly professional, attentive, and genuinely caring throughout the entire treatment. Their techniques were exceptional — they managed to strike the perfect balance between soothing relaxation and targeted pressure, leaving us feeling completely refreshed and rejuvenated. They paid close attention to detail, ensuring every part of the treatment was tailored to our needs. We walked out feeling lighter, calmer, and fully restored. If you’re looking for a truly wonderful spa experience with therapists who go above and beyond, Meena and Lahmi are outstanding. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of quality care and relaxation.

I had a message and a facial at the Aegeo spa at the hotel. Mimi assisted us in picking out our treatments. Meena did a fantastic job with the message and facial. My skin was glowing and I was fully relaxed. So relaxed I fell asleep a few times! It was so quiet and peaceful. The music and atmosphere was just perfect. Highly recommended!! A+++++
