Отель достаточно старый! Вся мебель тоже «уставшая», слышимость ужасная, слышно все, что делают соседи. Сам номер очень темный, света не хватает очень, вода льется из душа с трудом, пришлось самим чистить, чтобы вода потекла нормально и мы могли принять душ. Вся сантехника тоже старая, весь номер был в комарах, бегали в 7eleven за средством от комаров. Отель расположен возле пляжа Ао нанг, достаточно далеко от шумных улиц. Наверное лет 25 назад этот отель был прекрасен, но сейчас он требует большого капитального ремонта. Из плюсов- Подтверждение пришло быстро, на ресепшене прекрасная девушка, заселила быстро, проводила до номера. Сам номер большой и большой балкон, но повторюсь, что все требует ремонта. Территория тоже требует уборки, в бассейн не ходили. Здание, где расположен ресепшн действительно красивое, очень похоже на храм.

Firstly, the hotel is very old. It smells of wood, as well as bedbugs. Unfortunately, I have a lot of bite marks. There is no bellboy in the hotel, a pregnant woman needs to carry things, and there is no elevator. The price is good fare enough.. It's only good for 1-2 nights.Подушка неудобная, это далеко от города. Оставаться здесь не очень приятно. Не рекомендуется 🥹😭

I really like the place and it’s my second time I chose to stay here but this time I’m a little disappointed about the service I understand the policy but I asked anyway for the kindness but the answer was no we fallows the policy your problem was your.My flight got cancelled so I was arrived a day later anyway I already booked for four days and already paid now when I got there to check in they told me that the room was not ready I had to wait sooo!! if they already changed me for the room the night before I arrived why am I have to wait?Should my room be ready from yesterday. really disappointed 😔

La habitación estaba muy bien, muy amplia, con terraza privada y una baño muy limpio.

It wasn’t perfect, but it could have been way worse. The architecture of the hotel is beautiful, it is a bit old and a few minutes away by feet from the activities but for the price it is amazing. The room was cleaned everyday and we got new towels, shampoo and toilet paper every time. If you have a small budget and doesn’t mind walking a bit to reach the activities, this hotel is a really good choice.

Hotel vieillot qui aurait bien besoin d'être rénové. Mal insonorisé, infesté de moustiques. Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Шикарный дворец пропитанный прошлым. Много бассейнов, достаточно лежаков.Достался номер на первом этаже, но в старом корпусе. Можно было выходить через балкон! Вся мебель деревянная, деревянные двери. Много фотографий из прошлого. Музей, а не отель

Hotel was very nice staff were friendly and cooperative but wi Fi was only available in special designated place lobby only, it’s far from our rooms. Drainage system also not working properly, specially in basins.

The sell office in Bangkok is very bad, never pick up our call and not helpful. Do not stay in this hotel

Normally I avoid bad references, but I can't be silent in this case. Guests must be careful with this hotel as there is a scam going on. Even though the hotel was fully prepaid online they charged me the same amount at reception with the cash. I lost the payment receipt and the hotel staff (manager ***) consistently refused to resolve the issue and to return the money. He was telling me that it does not matter that I already paid online and that everyone pays at the hotel, you can ask every guest. He was also saying that ***** owes 50k THB to the hotel, this is why they must charge guests directly at the hotel. He was saying a lot of nonsense just not to return the money. He threatened me to kick me out of the hotel even though everything was paid online. Also to call the police if I keep complaining at reception. *** consistently refused to check with accounting if I paid at the hotel. He saw online payment receipts from *********** and my bank card charges but still refused to contact *********** directly to solve. I strongly believe this was not in his interest to return the money. The hotel reimbursed my money back finally only when I found the lost receipt and when they realized that I was staying in the hotel for a month and not checking out soon. It took me 12 days to solve the issue. 12 days of ignorance and constant stress. I can definitely say this manager *** ruined my holiday. No excuse from the hotel was given when I found the lost receipt and they finally admit the mistake Despite of this situation hotel is very nice place to stay. Daily clean ups, very convinient location not far from the beach, big and cozy balcony and swimming pool. Just beware of manager *** or he will rip you off.
