I am pleased to read that you were delighted with the majority of your stay and were impressed with the level of cleanliness for our resort. Moreover, it is great that the service from our team exceeded your expectations and made a positive impact on your overall stay. However, it is with genuine disappointment to learn of the areas in which we did not meet your expectations. Given the popularity of certain classes on offer, we encourage guests to book in advance to ensure their satisfaction. While we recognize that some guests prefer to keep their daily agenda more open, it does create the possibility that the preferred activities or bookings at our spa, restaurants, excursions, etc. are not available when requested. Throughout the week, we strive to offer a balanced schedule of activities and have our Yoga for Beginners class available twice per week, Mat Pilates once per week and Sailing for Beginners three times per week. It is unfortunate that these classes were either not available during the period of your stay or fully booked. I recognize your frustration in this matter and that this detracted from the well-rounded and active holiday that you anticipated. It is unfortunate that we were unable to address your concerns during your stay and to rectify these drawbacks that you have highlighted. I have already shared your comments with our respective team members for their acknowledgement and to take appropriate action in order to deliver an enhanced experience for our future guests.Gilad Efrati, thank you once again for choosing Banyan Tree Krabi.
