Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort

Dear Avani Cliff Hotel Team, I hope this feedback finds you well. My husband and I recently stayed at your hotel, and overall, we had a good experience. However, we wanted to bring to your attention a concerning issue we encountered during our stay. Upon inspecting our bed, we suspect that it may have had bed bugs, and to our dismay, we saw a spider on the bed. Unfortunately, this resulted in multiple bites all over my husband's back. We understand that these issues can happen in any hotel, but we wanted to inform you so that you can take necessary steps to ensure the cleanliness and safety of your rooms. We would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and take measures to prevent such incidents in the future. Honestly loved every moment of it. Just thought we were suppose to have bath tub since it was shown in photo. Convinient location. 6 minute walk to ao nang beach. Right beside hotel there is 7e and watson. Breakfast was superb. Loveeee the meatball soup
