Staying at this hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff were attentive, polite, and always willing to assist, which immediately made me feel welcome. My room was bright, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent housekeeping service throughout my stay. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which allowed me to fully relax. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, adding a great start to each day. The location was convenient, close to public transportation and main attractions, making it easy to explore. Overall, I left with only positive impressions and would definitely choose this hotel again.

Nasty,mold in the shower and roaches. No AC. No safe even though it states it has one. Good area ,but they need to clean the place.

Stayed end of April for 4 days on the 4th floor, LIFT NOT WORKING, been that way for sometime. Were never informed and at the age of 74 and 73 found this Totally unacceptable and now suffering with knee injuries due to the eight flights of stairs, Require a refund.

We stayed 3 nights in January 2025. Upon arrival, we struggled to find the hotel entrance. I was not expecting that no one was there to receive/welcome us. Instead, we had to call a number, where a lady explained I would receive an email with a bunch of codes to enter de building and get my room keys. Seemed something shady, which I have never experienced before. In the following 3 days, I have never saw any receptionist! The staff is kept to the minimum and it seems more like an aparthotel kind of building then an hotel. The beds were not comfortable. In the places, you could already feel the mattress springs, the pillow was also not good (for me) and, I didn't felt I've rested during my stay. Normally, when I enter a hotel room, it feels cozy and welcoming... well, that was not the case with this one. Unfortunately, I was happy to leave after those 3 nights. On the positive side, the breakfast was good. Plenty of options and a ok'ish expresso. The only staff I saw was during breakfast and... seems they were doing a sacrifice to serve us. No one showed us a smile. They did their job in keeping the place clean and replenished but, that was it! Overall, I gave 3 stars mainly because of the location and breakfast, otherwise it would be 1 or 2.

We booked the hotel because of the location. This is our 2nd (and last) visit in 3 years. There appears to be no more staff for the reception, all communication has to be via WhatsApp. There are rusty towel radiators in the rooms, the bottle of shampoo was also empty. The next morning we had put the towels on the floor because we wanted new ones. This was also indicated on the sticker on the bathroom door. When we returned in the evening, the used towels were still on the floor and the beds were not made. After having contacted about this, we were referred to a small piece of paper on the counter at the reception, that you have to indicate separately that your room needs to be cleaned. After much insistence we received new towels in the evening, that did not go very well. So the rooms are not automatically cleaned. The next morning the water dispenser in the hallway was empty. In the evening it was still empty, when I asked on WhatsApp I first got the answer that it would only be filled the next day. Because I asked again why that was not possible immediately, the machine was suddenly broken... you do not get friendly help in this hotel, they do not want to come up with solutions either. This was the last time for us, disappointing!
