Sheraton Grand Krakow

The hotel is located right outside the old city with beautiful views of the river and Wawel castle, and accessible by public transportation, which made it a good choice for us. Service was top notch and the facilities met our needs perfectly. We particularly enjoyed the free pool and spa facilities, the fine dining at the restaurant which was open until midnight, the very comfortable large bed, and bottled water every day of our stay. Customer service even took care of a special treat in the room upon arrival for my husband's 70th birthday. The staff was helpful, especially the last day when our flight was cancelled and we had to book a new one. We used the business center to print out boarding passes and a boxed breakfast was prepared and provided upon checkout at 2am.

يتمتع الفندق بإمكانيات كبيرة، ولكن الموظفين يحتاجون إلى تدريب مكثف ليصبحوا من فئة 5 نجوم. الآن سأقيمه على أنه 3* قوي أو 4* ضعيف. حقيقة ممتعة: لا يمكنك استخدام مجفف الشعر في الحمام. لا يمكن استخدامه إلا في الغرفة. يفتح البار الرياضي أبوابه حتى منتصف الليل ويحتوي على مطبخ مغلق قبل الساعة 11 مساءً. يمكنك فقط طلب الطعام إلى غرفتك. منتجع صحي صغير جدًا. حمام سباحة وجاكوزي وساونا جافة لعدد أقصى من 2 إلى 4 أشخاص. كانت وجبات الإفطار مثيرة للاهتمام، ولكن في أحد الأيام فقط سألني الموظفون عما إذا كانوا يريدون تقديم القهوة أو الشاي لي على الطاولة.

Location is great, service was impeccable. I really enjoy my stay in the hotel. Will definitely stay there again when I come back.
