5성급 호텔인 만큼 매우 청결합니다.
메인카운트의 직원들은 매우 친절합니다.
아쉽게도 바쁜일정 때문에 호텔내 식사를 이용하지 못했는데, 매우 후회됩니다. 내부 정원과 식당을 꼭 이용하세요.
시설은 어디서 사진을 찍어도 매우 이쁘게 사진이 찍힙니다.

素晴らしい体験をしました。内装はため息が出るほど美しく、スタッフの皆さんは綺麗な英語を話し暖かく向かい入れてくれます。ロケーションは旧市街の中と完璧で、すばらしいレストランも系列に備えています。価格以上の価値を感じるホテルでした。

Amazing staff
The staff at Balthazar were exceptional. We arrived late in the evening and were exhausted. From bags to drinks, the staff were so kind. They are knowledgeable about the city, helped with reservations and transportation. The room was clean and cozy. Truly the staff that made a difference though, can’t say enough about them.

Fantastic! The breakfast and the hotel restaurant were exceptional. Location practically around the corner from the castle and steps away from a beautiful church concert venue.

An excellent “Boutique” hotel, a well thought out and interesting interior design through carried well into the choice of art throughout. Excellent restaurant, great service. Very good room, incredibly well kept and services. Very convenient.
