Location is good, walking distance from the Old Town. The main historical places are nearby. Breakfast is delicious.

Nice hotel located 5 minutes from the centre, clean and open 24/24, rooms well equipped with complimentary coffee and tea, small bathroom but well organized in space; electricity sockets next to the bed, kind staff; some problems with the curtains that let light enter and the bed duvet too short! breakfast excellent with a lot of choices from salted to sweet food.

An excellent hotel ideally situated for sightseeing this wonderful city. A 15 minute walk from the main station in a quiet area of the city. Lovely staff who looked after us from check in to check out, everyone in the hotel is friendly and welcoming. We had a room on the 4th floor which was very spacious and clean. Everything you would expect in the room, kettle and tea/coffee facilities, a safe and a fridge. Room very clean and bathroom also very clean, room made up every day with fresh towels. We asked for extra pillows which arrived ten minutes later. Breakfast is very good with an excellent choice of food, continental choice as well as lots of fruit and yoghurt and cooked breakfast. We also had one evening meal during our stay which was very tasty and not too overpriced. Only a ten minute walk to the main square which is beautiful. Lots of lovely local places to eat, highly recommend the local food and definitely the cherry vodka!! Highly recommend the Auschwitz tour if you are here for a few days, it's a long day but absolutely worth it. We have had a brilliant time here in Krakow and this hotel is definitely one of the best ones we've stayed in, definitely recommend and definitely hope to return. Thank you for looking after us!

Hotel simples, confortavel e pratico, nota 10. Pertinho dos pontos turisticos, pode fazer tudo a pé e se necessário transpote a pouca distancia. Quarto confortavel e limpinho, serviço impecável. Café da manhã, o melhor que eu já tive em hoteis, tudo delicioso e com fartura.
