Good Hotel near the airport

The Valentino offers a basic clean room and property with pool for a reasonable price… Good value for the money…UNLESS You are a non-smoker and cannot stand to be near smoke. The manager and family are very friendly, but they hang out in the lobby all day and evening and smoke nonstop while they watch TV. The lobby could otherwise be a nice place to sit and play cards or visit over a drink as it has nice furniture. But the family takes over the lobby with the loud TV…and smoke. So beware if you don’t like to be around that. The problem is compounded by the fact that they claim there is Wi-Fi in the rooms, but we did not find that to be the case. So we had to be in the lobby for good Wi-Fi in a very unpleasant environment. Everything else was pretty good… 7 minute walk to the stony beach, and about the same to the main street with a number of restaurants and shops. We only stayed here because of the proximity to the airport and were flying out the next day. Otherwise, there really isn’t anything that compelling in the area to justify staying there. In the future, I would probably just stay in Rhodestown and ride the bus to the airport for €2.5. We paid €17 for a 5 minute taxi ride.

As a family of five we booked at short notice and had a great eight day stay here the owners could not do enough for us, the rooms were quite big and always clean, if we ever came back to Kremasti, this is where we would stay. It is a typical greek resort and hotel.

I love my Hotel. I walk to the beach ⛱️ every day. The lunch Tavernas have great affordable prices. People are very friendly. I found a great 5* restaurant Kayragris food was excellent with lovely staff. I like old school family creek run venues. My hotel room was large with a small balcony with AC. The family run hotel are very friendly and offer to help daily. Quite clean and fresh. The shower 🚿 is good and room cleaned daily. I had the hotel swimming pool all to myself. It's value for money especially if you like quiet, walking, exploring. It's in a village about 30 mins by bus to Rhodes old town. Booking excursions was easy. I feel the local simple vibe. Thanks so much to the hosts. Local mini market 3 mins walk where l got chatting and made friends with the owner Maria. When buying my daily bits and bobs.

Kleinschalig fatsoenlijk familiehotel met een heel vriendelijke gastheer. Hotel is netjes, goede slaapkamers, fatsoenlijk ontbijt, leuk (privé) zwembad. Ligging is vlakbij vliegveld, dus dat hoor je regelmatig. Op loopafstand van het strand en kleine centrum van Kremasti.

We stayed in Valentino hotel recently for a week and it is a great location .lovely owners .made us feel welcome .nice size room .we liked the pool .relaxing trip .we would like visit again in the future . it is .close to beach which is walking distance .
