Colosseum Hotel

Very modern and clean hotel. Odd setup for pool - there are no loungers, only chairs. Underground parking is useful but note the very steep entrance!

Great location. Wonderful staff. Clean room. Large. Weird bed linens. Just a top and bottom sheet. Unfitted bottom sheet that kept pulling out. Maybe all the hotels are like this but it was weird. Great location though!

Lovely hotel, staff and excellent location. So close to everything in walking distance and the staff were so kind throughout. Rooms were nice albeit quite loud at night until like 1am and the aircon took a while to kick in but absolutely fine. Main downsides as many people have commented is the breakfast. It’s really poor. I think I saw numerous hairs in there and put me off. I alerted staff too and didnt see it again. The pool is also in a very awkward spot and we went in once and got almost judgemental looks for using it. It’s at the front of the hotel and very small so you feel kind of awkward using it. We ate one night here and it was lovely and overall had a fantastic stay. Only improvements are of course the pool and the awful breakfast. But we had a fantastic stay and would come back.
