Feels Like Home — But Better We can’t say enough good things about Area Hotel in Ksamil. This place completely blew us away. From the second we arrived, the family who owns and runs the hotel made us feel like part of theirs. Their kindness, warmth, and hospitality went far beyond anything we experienced anywhere else during our week in Albania. The hotel is stunning — clean, stylish, and full of charm. Everything is done with care, and you can really feel the heart behind it all. It’s the kind of place where you instantly relax, where every detail is thought through, and where you actually look forward to coming back to your room. And the breakfast? Unreal. The wife prepares the most delicious, fresh meals every morning — something we found ourselves waking up excited for. Every bite was homemade with love, and it honestly made our days start on such a high note. The rest of the staff was just as wonderful. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. To the whole team at Area Hotel: thank you, thank you, thank you. You turned a vacation into something truly special. We will absolutely be coming back. Highly recommended — this place is pure magic.

Amazing , boutique hotel , close to everything . The amazing staff was even better . The breakfast was good and they stay open 24hours . I would def come back for a longer visit .

Amazing hotel Our stay at this hotel elevated our Ksamil experience to an entirely new level. The reception staff were exceptionally friendly, kind, and courteous, always ready to offer insightful recommendations on what to do, where to go, and what to see. The room was outstanding, brand new, with an extremely comfortable bed and excellent air conditioning. We were sad to leave and we would definitely return.

Lovely family run hotel Great stay. Exceptional friendly and detail oriented service. The facilities are very modern and sparkling clean. Best breakfast we had in Albania, (far superior to the larger hotels we stayed at) especially the homemade cakes! We got the bus in from Sarande and the bus stop was right next to the hotel. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Ksamil. We were there in September and the beaches were busy but still enjoyable.
