We returned after an 8‑year hiatus, and the improvements are truly noticeable. The updated facilities created a warm welcome, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable—rest assured, we slept well every night. The hotel also provisioned a baby bathtub upon requests. We were travelling with an infant and a senior citizen, and Manager Muhammad were prompt in assisting us getting a room close to the lobby. My constructive suggestions for the hotel to further elevate the experience for families: Upgrade the Baby Crib: The crib felt dated—probably around 40 years old—and would benefit greatly from replacement with a modern, safety‑certified convertible crib that adjusts as children grow. Add Child and Toddler Meal Options: Incorporating a kids' menu and meals suitable for children under one (e.g., purees or soft foods) would be extremely helpful. Many family‑oriented hotels now offer this convenience, which parents appreciate immensely. Would we recommend it? Yes—especially for families—and we look forward to returning!

Great experience staying in this hotel. Excellent location and walking distance to teluk cempedak. The staff services are excellent especially front desk team. We are very happy stay here
