Location is good if you intend to spend your time at TRX. Got a room with the bed at the top. The staircase is troublesome if you need the bathroom in the middle of the night. The floor to ceiling windows with the roller blinds don't really give you a dark room if you want to sleep in.

the stay we had was absolutely perfect! it was my birthday and my husband requested for the room to be decorated. when we came in, we saw balloons and a birthday card on top of the bed! (thank you Lloyd's Inn KL!) rooms were clean, breakfast was nice too.. they didnt have the usual buffet breakfast as other hotels but they provide 2 different cuisines for breakfast. they also had cereal, toasts, coffee and tea at the side. location is good! 5 mins walk to trx. would definitely stay again should we visit KL again!

Nice location to access to restaurants, clean and comfortable

My deposit was deducted to pay for a stain on the sheets, costing me 100rm. I have never experienced this kind of treatment in any hotels before. The pool was not even a proper pool, iys very shallow and small. Maybe for very small kids. There is no buffet. U choose 1 main meal for your breakfast.

My recent stay at Lloyd's KL was a pleasant surprise. They upgraded my room to a unique two-level layout, which added a special touch to the experience. I loved the cozy interior—perfect for a relaxing staycation. The breakfast was satisfying, and the location is unbeatable, just a short walk to Dona Cafe and TRX. Definitely planning to come back again for another staycation.

預訂了閣樓房，很壓抑，對於焦慮症患者來説是一個很難的事情。去和前台幾輪溝通之後，給我們升級到了全景房。很寬敞。很舒適。

- Walking distance to TRX Mall - There is a 24 hour restaurant just in front of the hotel - They serve decent breakfast (have two options given to choose from)

The location is good as near to many mall and eateries. Room is just nice for 2 person and breakfast was also good. We stayed for 3 nights and breakfast different everyday. Will go back again if we going KL. Thank you.
