وصلت حوالي الساعة السادسة مساءً وحاولت التواصل مع الإدارة لمعرفة كيفية الدخول إلى الشقة، لكن المالك لم يستجب فجأة... لقد راسلت المالك قبل يوم من الحجز وكان من المفترض أن يكون مستعدًا مبكرًا بحلول الساعة الثالثة مساءً ويقوم بكل الترتيبات، لكنني شعرت بخيبة أمل كبيرة من الخدمة عندما وصلت إلى المبنى وذهبت إلى مكتب الاستقبال ولم يكن هناك أحد لمساعدتي والمالك لم يرد... بقيت في الخارج أنتظر لمدة ساعتين كاملتين لإنهاء إجراءات الدخول... ثم رد علي المالك بطريقة غير مسؤولة وكأنهم يكرهونني... ما هذا بحق الجحيم.... وقد عرضوا أيضًا موقف سيارات مجاني، لكنه في الواقع لم يكن كذلك... اضطررت لدفع 36 رينغيت ماليزي بنفسي وأنا أنتظر لاسترداد المبلغ من المالك الذي وعدني بالدفع، لكن حتى الآن لم يردوا علي... غير موصى به على الإطلاق. الدش أيضًا كانت رائحته كريهة جدًا مثل رائحة المجاري، ولم أستطع النوم بسبب الرائحة.

Overall, the stay was great — very comfortable and everything was okay. The room had a really nice view, which I enjoyed a lot. It would be even better if a TV was provided, especially for guests staying alone, as it can get a bit boring. But other than that, it was a pleasant experience

Rooftop pool was amazing. Great location. Very friendly staff. Overall a must stay place. Pretty peaceful too

I genuinely wish I could give zero stars for my stay at The Colony By Infinitum Flixses. This was easily one of the worst accommodation experiences I’ve ever had, and I strongly urge anyone considering this place to think twice. I booked my stay 3 days in advance, yet there was no proper confirmation until I had to chase the host multiple times. That should’ve been the first red flag. When I finally checked in at 6PM (check-in was supposed to be 3PM), I walked into a room that was absolutely disgusting. We’re talking: - Wet towels left on chairs - A dirty, slimy toilet - Used bedsheets from previous guests - Hair and dust all over the floor It was revolting. I was exhausted from traveling, so I had no choice but to ***** the bed myself and sleep on a mattress cover. That’s the level of “hospitality” you’re paying for here. And it gets worse. At around 6PM, two random men just unlocked and walked straight into the room without knocking claiming to be housekeeping. No warning, no respect for privacy, nothing. It was honestly shocking and unsafe. I had to send them away because I just wanted to rest. The next morning, I requested cleaning at 8AM. The host said housekeeping would come at noon. Guess what? No one showed up. Instead, I get a message again at 6PM asking if they can clean the room. The same nonsense as the day before. Completely inefficient and unprofessional. To top it all off, I wasn’t even given the room I originally booked. This place doesn’t care about cleanliness, basic service, or even guest safety. It feels like they just want your money and nothing else. Avoid this place at all costs. Seriously, you will regret it.

This property is absolute rubbish, the whole of the building only 1 lift is working, and the only lift working doesn’t stop at floors when you press it, it just randomly selects floors like a lottery me and a China family had to hike down 17 floors alongside with other residents in the building because we waited 40 minutes for the lift to com, if that isn’t trash enough the hallways are maintained properly and it’s full of migrant workers, owner will tell you Parking is rm20 a day but it’s in fact RM44 for a night from 5pm to next day 11pm. Toilet doors aren’t working, will flood your tiny toilet. Other than that you get a good view of KL in the shithole you book so this deserves 1 star. By far the worst lift system in the entirety of Kuala Lumpur Airbnb, have fun staying here

The room is ok, great space. The washroom has a bit of odor. The space is amazing.
