Very near to Pavilion, walking distance. Directly just across the street to Wisma Cosway where you can get good Japanese food and Fish and Chips. Rooms are ok. Nice shampoo and shower gel. Water pressure is good. Weird shaped pillow, its square and not so comfortable.

Location was great. It was a comfortable stay, service was helpful. I especially like the filtered water tap so I could have water anytime without worrying the water bottles ran out. Gym was good as well.

個人覺得挺不錯的 住的很舒服也很衞生 當然地點也很方便 出去外面左拐上個電梯就是pavilion 非常靠近pavilion klcc也很近

對睡眠敏感的人建議謹慎選擇。入住的第一天，房間的冰箱隔一段時間就會發出振動的低頻噪音，每次持續十分鐘。和前台反饋後，給換了個冰箱，但還是持續性有低頻噪音，並且這次不會停頓了。然後衹能拿枕頭塞在櫃子裏擋掉點聲音，戴着耳塞睡覺。還有酒店離雙子塔也不遠，晚上摩託車炸街的聲音有時候也會有。不過地理位置是真的好，過人行天橋就能到對面的柏威年和KLCC。

My parents were impressed with the stay, the service were excellent, from concierge to check in and housekeeping were excellent!!! And not to mentioned that the hotel breakfast was great too , location was great, calling for food delivery was not a problem too!!! Thanks Novotel my parents really enjoyed this trip!
