Nice hotel with good access to LRT station via link bridge directly from the hotel.
Clean rooms, nice pool and friendly staff.
Breakfast options for vegans and vegetarians could be improved.

Love this hotel, has been stay here for 3 times already. The bed is superbly comfortable and the pillow also. The view is amazing and the swimming pools are great.

Check-in was fast when we arrived late in the evening. Service request was prompt. Location isn’t right smack in the middle but convenient enough. The only hassle was switching lifts. We took Grab wherever we went. If you’re looking to catch the LRT, there’s a direct link from the hotel to Bangsar LRT. Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to nearby malls - Midvalley / Bangsar Village / KL Sentral, however do note advance booking is required as it gets filled up very quickly.
Last stayed at this hotel a few years ago and it’s still very well maintained. Room size is great! No bathtubs though but that’s OK for us.

Located in old neighbourhoods, need to switch three lifts before reaching hotel room. Some plugs in the hotel room not functioning. Towel for black spots. A bit disappointing given its five star status. But staff are nice and helpful. Amazing night view.

Beautiful hotel. A distance from the city centre but can easily grab or drive. If not, its great for a relaxation stay.
