This hotel is great for a short stay away from the busy city center. Friendly staff, comfy rooms, great ambiance and complete facilities (minus a swimming pool). Highly recommended for both tourists and locals.

Nice hotel with a lot of restaurant nearby, like mamak and Chinese foods. Nice location but a bit noisy because nearby hotel has a lot of disco and pubs .

hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. Hotel itself isn’t that good. Noise insulation is not that good, we can hear the next door neighbour coughing in the room.
Hotel water also suddenly stopped at one point on our 3rd night of stay.

Near city centre. Parking easy but a bit scary at night due to limited lights. I think staff upgrade our room. So I got a big room with bathtub. Cant watch TV bcs no signal. Bed and pillow really conformtable.

Disappointing Stay Experience (2D1N)
I stayed for 2 days and 1 night. Initially, I was excited to receive a room upgrade from the front desk,but not thank for that. Unfortunately, the room given to us turned out to be quite disappointingand really bad:
The view was directly facing a building, with no pleasant scenery or relaxing atmosphere.
The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, even after we reported it and a technician came, it still wasn’t fixed. It was clearly faulty from the start. We had to sleep in a hot with toddler 2yo, uncomfortable room.
The bathtub tap couldn’t be fully shut, resulting in constant dripping sounds that were really annoying.
Breakfast options were very limited, not what you'd expect from a hotel of this standard.
Overall, this experience did not meet expectations. Had I known earlier, I would’ve just stayed at home. The room number 1623.

First room toilet have cockroach, change to second room became table many ants. Room look like different with hotel room photo. I thought will be very comfortable and clean, but when see the room just very small and feeling is cheap rooms. Sheets also a bit dirty.
