I like this place for the location and cleanliness. But the issue is the noise. Noise isolation is bad. Throughout the night you can hear vehicles from outside. So would not recommend if you are a medium-light sleeper.

Was assigned to the upper bunk, which is a downside as I have mobility issues. Plus the ladder going up will give you a hard time to climb to your bed. The smell in the lobby is horrible.

Great stay! Fab location close to cheap eats & cafes, short walk to metro line for bus stations, Brickfields etc. in walking distance to Chinatown, Central Market, Bukit Bintang. Clean rooms, good AC, stable WiFi. Sam & Fizz were friendly & welcoming. Rooftop area + lobby for socialising. Would stay again.

老闆娘很厲害，很會做生意，他是專業的，有電梯. 有提供飲用水，但是有房客很沒水準，我看到他把整個黑色的出水口泡在他的整個杯子 搞得我後來都去買礦泉水

It was a great experience! Everything was clean, the people were very kind and helpful and it's very well located.

飯店地理位置很好，附近有許多景點，占美清真寺、獨立廣場、中央市場、茨場街等等都在步行範圍內可到達，服務也都很友善！

Well-located, two helpful receptionists and good value for the price. The two room-cleaning staff are very efficient and reliable - sheets, pillows, towels, bathrooms are always clean and fresh. Only spoiler is some local who makes the reception area look like a homeless shelter by sleeping on the guest furniture all day every day when he's not tryng to sell the guests something.

The stay was quite comfortable I stayed in both room and the hostel both were good the guy on the reception fizz was quite helpful and informed about activities we need to do. The stay in Malaysia became easy with this hotel

Great place. Lobby with aircon and free coffee and tea. Staff is really nice. Dorms are comfortable, apart from the ensuite bathroom there are more bathrooms on the hallway which is nice.
