Value for money. Hotel room is big with huge bathroom. We got the corner room with lots of windows which can be very hot during the day. There a little kitchenette which is handy and there's a launderette in the building which we didn't get the chance to use. The concierge and bellboy are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect - in between Bukit Bintang and TRX. There can be a bit a traffic jam in front of the hotel but that's KL. Overall a very good stay and will definitely come back.

Location wise is very good. Its in between and walkable to both TRX Exchange and Pavilion Mall. Water pressure for shower head is slightly weak. Will be good if tv have youtube. Everything else is good.

酒店交通方便，附近有幾個大商場。房間大，設施很齊全，乾淨。樓頂的無邊泳池，景觀非常好，特別出片。前台的服務態度都很熱情

The room is wonderful, the staff are kind and helpful, and the location is excellent!

We enjoyed stayed here. Staff friendly, very near to Pavilion by walking distance and many restaurants nearby. However, as it is located at city area, so there is always traffic jam. Suggest leaving earlier to avoid late if you have any appointments. Overall is goood. Highly recommended.
