It's hard to find. The front desk is always not available. Need to call and wait for them to come. The front desk is open 9.00 am in the morning..need to wait..problem we need to check out early. 📞⏰🚫

This place advertises as a ‘hotel’ in trip.com; it comes up as a 4 star hotel. Unfortunately, it is not even close, it is just a serviced apartment scheme misrepresented as a hotel.
The is no signage or directions provided on how to check in. You have to call them on trip.com and it’s very hard to hear and understand them, but they just have a small room with a board reading HLC realtor, where a few guys processing everything very slowly and lazily. I picked a room for 3 people and the description said it was for 4 people, the sofa-bed was broken, no sheets, blankets or pillows were provided even after asking multiple times, cold water system inside did not work, air conditioner in the main bed room also did not work; no fix provided. Actually, very pathetically managed. Please do not make the same mistake as me and book this, save your money.

Love the duplex concept. However, the cleanliness needs to be improved. Dusty smell is apparent.
