nice place

The female receptionist during check in was not friendly or even caring on senior citizen customer ( warga emas) its alright to ask me to wait for half an hour due to system.  She  even not call me after 40 minutes. When i go and ask her, she said still having a problem. However the nice male receiptionist said is in the system already.  He registered me quickly may be considering i am senior citizen However both of us (me and her) talk nicely to each other during registration. Kindly improve. Everybody is going to be aging.

Nice location, near to monorail

The hotel location is near the KL Sentral train station, so it’s good for travellers who are taking the train. The room is pretty small with basic amenities.

Not recommanded. Dirty and service very slow.

KL sentral과 가깝고 저렴한 비용 만족했습니다. 아쉬운 점은 세면도구가 비누와 물샴푸 하나라 칫솔 치약은 따로 챙겨야 합니다.

預訂的是大床或者雙床房，但由於沒有大床房的關係最後只能給了雙床房。 舊，酒店真的很舊，舊得房間裡面雖然已經有在保持衛生了，但還是看到很多黃斑跡呀，邊角灰塵，很影響居住感受。 優點是如果需要去機場，去雲頂高原等長途路線，在這轉乘非常方便。

Hotel was good , easy access to public transport and very near eatery and NU Mall . Bring your own bottle as they provide coway in each floor . Parking wise is a bit difficult . Overall all is good

All is exlent and great ...the room also huge...view also nice..near to public transportation and mall...

All the facilities is old & bad, windows can’t close properly, very noisy, two single beds provided but mattress spoil
