The room was big , but only two towel, room cleaning need to make an appointment via WhatsApp... and Walter they also Not give free...only If you als for . breakfast is really Not OK for the price they charging. and the workers there told me during Check in in the Same building is Hotel named face suit and the rooms i booked He conpare me Like AirBNB ...that was the First Stück for the Service and housekeeping person... they Not come by them self . Aircondition is to much loud. i would Not reccomand this place If you are used to have better rooms for this price .

The location of the hotel is good, 15 minutes walk to klcc. The room and hotel were clean and the pool was close enough to see the klcc.

Hotel: A hotel with a very convenient location near the metro and monorail. Couriers deliver food to the lobby, you need to go down. Convenient 24-hour check-in. You can leave a deposit in Thai baht (4000 baht) if you came from Thailand, like us. This condominium has a great gym and a rooftop pool, the roof offers incredible views of the city and all the city's attractions. No need to buy tickets to the observation decks in the KL Tower or Petronas Towers. You can enjoy the wonderful view every evening without a time limit. The roof closes exactly at 22:00. You will not be able to go in later. Room: The room is very spacious and free. Clean. At the entrance, we were met with 2 bottles of water. The apartment was cleaned every day. The apartment has 3 air conditioners. Cons of the room: - There is no place to dry clothes after washing. The drying in the washing machine does a very poor job - After moving in, we had a leak in the tap, but the staff quickly fixed the problem and cleaned up after themselves after the repair work. Everything was clean and dry.

service at the highest level! I liked everything very much!!! We will gladly stay at this hotel again! the view from the room is wonderful. the pool is open for swimming from 9 to 22. the rest of the time you can just come and lie down and watch the city! there is a smoking area near the pool! the staff is friendly and helpful. if any problem arises. they promptly respond to WhatsApp. there are many cool establishments nearby. shops. within walking distance of the Petronas Towers. (the cafe right opposite the hotel was disgusting. I do not recommend going there under any circumstances) it is better to walk a little and there will be an after one establishment. the best breakfasts! a large selection of dishes!

The unit is well maintained and have a 5 star’s level charm to it. You have everything you needed throughout the stay from hair dryer to washing machine and kitchen’s cooking appliances. However, you might need to bring your own toothbrush for the stay. They have a smart TV for entertainment and a bathtub is a bonus although I have no chance to use it yet due to tight schedules. The management team is very responsive and helpful. Well done! Will definitely coming back for the next trip!

Super hotel, 10 minutes walk to the Petronas Towers. Pool on the 47th floor with a beautiful view.

Had a hard time trying to check in. Unorganized staff forgot to leave keys in the mailbox. Inconvenience for us since we had plenty of luggage just waiting around outside in the hot weather. Living room was clean except washroom showers. Response times for staff is not immediate either. Other than that very convenient area to stay. Pricing was appropriate.

Amazing apartment. Booked a classic suite! Fully equipped with washing machine!(washing laundry provided.) large rooms with living room, feel like home. Amenities at the apartment was great too with infinity pool(level 51 overseeing Petronas Twin Towers) and spacious gym! The host, Mr James, very responsive and awesome guy! Really meticulous and friendly to all requests. Highly recommended!

Very clean and well located place. Check in was easy and the service was very good. Abu welcomed us and showed us the place and helped us to get settle. 100% recommended.
