”The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. The room amenities were nicely done, spacious, and very comfortable. The sleep quality was excellent, and the mattresses felt like sleeping at home. The restaurant's food was tasty and freshly made, and there were various options. The hotel offered a very pleasant stay at a convenient location.
Nice property in a vibrant and walkable neighborhood of central KL of historic significance. Nice rooftop pool with good views of Bukit Nanas and KL tv tower. Several good coffee/food/drink options within walking distance.
An excellent hotel with fantastic support from all the concierge staff. The hotel is a great location with Heritage Road only being a side street away. A great street with a large choice of restaurants for all different palates . The pool is a lovely place to relax with the KL Tower over looking you. Also, a small walk away there is instagram opportunities with the twin towers lit up at night. Definitely would recommend this hotel when staying In Kuala Lumpur.

Great Location & Value for Money!
I had a pleasant stay at Citin Hotel Masjid Jamek. The location is incredibly strategic—just a short walk to the LRT station, making it super convenient to explore the city. Dataran Merdeka, Central Market, and other key attractions are also nearby.
The room was clean and comfortable, offering great value for the price. While it’s a budget-friendly option, the service and amenities exceeded my expectations. If you’re looking for an affordable stay in the heart of KL with easy access to public transport, this is a solid choice!
Would definitely recommend it for budget travelers and city explorers!
This hotel is very near to Sat night market and river of life. The thing you need to consider when you book is to choose room with window or without.
For me, I prefer to have window.
Went on weekend sat-sun for RM210.70 included breakfast for 3z Breakfast sangat biasa rasanya. There got nasi lemak with sambal and chicken curry, fried rice with cabbage soup, capati. For drinks got Juice, black tea and coffee. Not much for foods option.
The room was very decent and quite beautiful. The only matters, air bertakung kat shower. Sink water takde option cold water. Bath water won’t drain while you taking a bath. Whenever i take a shower, water will be up to my ankles in a minute.
Location best coz got big jakel mall and near to Jalan TAR. Parking for guest Rm6.60 only.
Clean and spacious hotel with nice view. Strategic location within walking distance to nearest shop and restaurant. Near to train station too. Fast check in and check out experience too
Smooth check in at floor 25, lifts are abundant and fast. Given room with fantastic city view but look bit old. All appliances and equipments working well, nice bed but bit worn out cover.
Overall staying was fantastic and near to shopping complexes.
Clean and comfortable boutique hotel room with reasonable pricing. Customer service not bad as all staff are very friendly. The only setback was no toothpaste and toothbrush given.. Be ready to walk to nearby seven eleventh to buy one..

DDmitriiWe rented an apartment with 2 bedrooms, the apartment was clean, a washing machine, a minimum of dishes, a refrigerator. I was very pleased with the presence of 2 bathrooms, this is important for 4 people) in one bedroom the bed was broken (it was falling through) and the bed linen was pure synthetic, it was difficult to sleep on it. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the Petronas Towers. This is the second time we have stayed in this house. The first time the apartment was much worse, so I advise you not to pay attention to the reviews, since all the apartments there are different and there are many of them. There is a nice pool and a minimal gym on the 11th floor
SSerhii RusynThe room 201 was clean and nice. There's a view on the twin towers, what is very beautiful especially at night. Wifi was working mostly good, only sometimes it was super slow, but not for long. There are supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel. The two problems we had are: The AC was not working properly. Even it was on 16°C, but it seems like there was not enough refrigerant gas inside because the air was not as cold as it's supposed to be. It was still pretty hot in the room especially when the sun hits the window from 10am to 2pm. And the other big down point was during the check in. We arrived to the hotel at 7am, and we were super tired. We booked a room with a window. But the receptionist wanted to give us a room without a window which is cheaper. We didn't agree, so he told us to wait till 3pm of we want to get a room with a window (to other people he told to wait till 3.30-4pm) even though the check in time is 2pm. And he gave us a reason saying that they were fully booked yesterday and the house keepers are busy (such a lame excuse. As if they need 3h to clean few rooms). Only when my wife was complaining loudly and being fussy, he let us check in at 2.24pm. Overall it's a good place to stay for few nights.
NNAFIU SAEEDI recently booked place hotel ިin Malaysia based on the positive reviews and attractive photos I found online. However, upon arriving, it was clear that the hotel didn’t live up to its advertised image. The rooms and facilities were much less impressive in person, and the reviews didn’t reflect the reality.
Though we were disappointed, we didn’t bring it up with management since we’re not the type to complain. We knew we wouldn’t stay there again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it to our friends.
ТТаточкаNot far from the center and Kl tower (can be reached on foot). Of the minuses, the Indian area, a lot of beggars.
The air conditioner works, a heater with hot water. Water on the floor. Towel.
Of the minuses: I had to ask to change the bed linen. In the bathroom, water on the floor and all the taps are leaking. And the worst thing is the view from the window, it is in the photo.
At the hotel, you can ask for an adapter and bring your luggage.
