Hotels in KL Sentral, Kuala Lumpur

I got my room at 52nd floor that comes with beautiful sight of KLCC and other towers. The x2 rooms comes with x2 bathroom. There is privacy, comfort in the room setup. The hotel is surrounded by many Indian restaurants, many of them open 24hrs. I will visit again. Love this view. Check out arrangements very unfriendly. At 11am the room access card stoped working. Had rush to lobby to get another card which will automatically cut off access to the room by sharp 12pm. So, at any cost must check out at 12pm. Otherwise its a nice place to stay.

Great hotel. very nice buffet breakfast and dinner. nice pool. close to the shopping mall. accessible to everywhere. at the middle of KL sentral. and would love to come back here again. 

This is not a hotel, but an apartment (i think). When i first came in, it was very clean. But sadly, they won’t clean our rooms everyday, only can once a week in weekdays. There is also a gym and pool, which i think is pretty nice. The location is also very good, in front of a monorail station. The view here is also amazing. (the picture is the view from the pool)

Being directly connected to KL Sentral Station made traveling around the city effortless, and the adjacent NU Sentral Mall provided ample shopping and dining options. 🤝 Service & Staff The staff at Aloft were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive. From the seamless check-in process to helpful recommendations for local attractions, their hospitality enhanced my stay significantly.

I recently stayed at the Hotel Majestic KL and was thoroughly impressed. The colonial charm of the building is beautifully preserved, giving it a timeless elegance. My room in the Majestic Wing was spacious, clean, and luxuriously appointed, with excellent attention to detail. The staff were consistently warm, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the afternoon tea. The location is central, making it easy to explore the city. Highly recommend for those seeking a blend of heritage and comfort.

Located in old neighbourhoods, need to switch three lifts before reaching hotel room. Some plugs in the hotel room not functioning. Towel for black spots. A bit disappointing given its five star status. But staff are nice and helpful. Amazing night view.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the St. Regis KL, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and attended to every detail with the utmost care. The room was luxurious and impeccably clean, with all the amenities one could wish for. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The butler service was a standout feature, providing personalized and attentive service that truly elevated my stay. The hotel's location was perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to local attractions. Overall, my stay at the St. Regis exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Meridien. The staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure we were well taken care of. Room service was quick and reliable, which made things so convenient. The room and the hotel had a stylish, modern design that added to the overall comfort. One of the best things about the location is that it’s directly connected to KL Sentral, making it super easy to get around by train. The only downside is that there isn’t much within walking distance apart from the Nu Sentral Shopping Mall. Still, the convenience of the train access and the excellent service at the hotel more than made up for it. We will definitely stay here again.

I had a horrific experience staying here. To be fair, let me share what’s good about this place: 1. Close to KL Sentral station (5-7 mins walk) 2. Very friendly and helpful staffs 3. Spacious gym and sufficient equipment 4. Sound proofing rooms 5. Water pressure and comfortable bed and pillows 6. They have filtered water in the room What ruined the entire stay was the centralised aircon!!! We were assigned 2203 and tried adjusting the room temperature but it did not work, we were freezing and called the engineer to check and was told that the room was 17 degree although the control panel was showing 25! He made some adjustments and told us to wait for 10 mins but after 15 mins the room was still freezing cold. We requested for a room change and had to shift luggage and room at 11:40pm (the staff was very helpful though). After changing to 1702, the first night was okay but the room has a very strange curry smell. It was not a deal breaker so we endured the smell. But the second night when we were back and tried adjusting our room temperature to 25 degree it did not work again! I tried wearing two layers of clothes and couldn’t take it anymore and called them at 2am. The wind was blowing directly to my head and I couldn’t even sleep. There were issues with the aircon system (they use chilled water instead of gas) and the technician spent 30 mins to troubleshoot and resolved the temperature and wind direction issue. Finally I could sleep at 3am but it was such a horrific experience! My 2 out of 3 nights stay were ruined because of the aircon issue!! On top of that, we wanted to use their shuttle service on Sunday but was told that their car was sent for servicing and it’s not available. Asked the staff if the shuttle service will be available the next day but was told to check again the next day as they can’t confirm. Will definitely not go back again or recommend to any friends or family to stay there. There’s no nice restaurants nearby (mostly Indian food) and 7-11 is located 6 mins walk from hotel (nearest one only opens during office hours).

great location, good price,has gym and upstair common room has big tv with netflix. . The service its outstanding from all the staffs. location just a cross from NU sentral Plaza which has many transportation options like train,metro,tram n bus plus on the same groundfloor . Recommend to exchange ur money on the ground floor exchange place in the NU sentral, rate is one of the better value. Thai RM 3.50 _perdish was ,our fav spot in that plaza U can also apply upstairs for touch n go card which a must for KL public transport. . Recommend
