ZZali60Wifi is free but no signal and cannot be access. The room smells and got to change it. Parking in front the hotel got to pay to the municipal council. Free parking at the back of the hotel but no security only CCTV. Hotel price is cheap compare to the quite large room for a person.

GGuest UserOverall stay was really lovely. Check-in and check-out processes were quick and efficient. Deposit in cash and return with no hassle. The rooms were spacious and clean, and they came with breakfast for us (nice big breakfast spread!). Bathroom amenities can be improved but sufficient for a quick stay. Pools are amazingly big and regularly maintained. The hotel is also closed to lots of nice restaurants (hotmas, kedai makan pokok ceri, pisang goreng 303 etc). Definitely recommended for good value of money.

The room is spacious and well-maintained, with everything I need for a relaxing stay. The food is delicious with a variety of options. The staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The location is convenient, and the facilities are excellent. Highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers!!

Don't get me wrong. The customer service was pretty okay. The staff are pretty friendly.It's just that, during our stay, unfortunately there was an issue with the water supply. Moreover , the water quality was so bad, that the colour was brown, especially when you're turning on the tap on your first day of staying.
We complained but it seems like there's nothing more that they could do. So, we just have to adhere to it.
Other than that, with regard to the affordable price, everything was great. It is also located in front of the KTM station, which makes everyone easier for anyone to commute to other places using either ETS/Commuter/Train.
Plus, I love all the cats at the hotel. Dear Hotel staff, please take good care of the cats, I believe this could be one of the new attractions for the hotel.

AAnonymous UserIt’s considered good for the price u paid. Do not expect a 5 stars quality when u paying for a 2 stars price. Overall the cleanliness is OK but don’t expect any supplementary like other Hotel, i.e. soap, toothbrush, water, etc…

AAnonymous UserCheck in was smooth,the staff at front desk counter was welcoming and smile..everything was working fine and acceptable..the mattress just fine and i able to sleep well..the issue here is just that the floor looks like it wasnt even sweep and mop for a long time..just when i step barefoot in the room,my sole instantly become black due to dirt and dust from the floor....water pressure from the bidet also slow ..
