"First time I and my family stayed at this resort on December 2020. The room that we have stayed is flooded due to monsoon season. The window silicone is old already that cause the rain came inside. The water pipe also has been broken. We have to change our room from room no 107 to no 106 then lastly to room no 112. The room is spacious for family. The service quite good. Staffs response immediately that day. Thanks to them. The pool is nice and spacious. My sons love the pool very much. It makes our holidays happy. Thank you."

GGuest UserThe hotel itself and it's location was great. The weather was sunny, making the water activity do-able and nice. Thanks for the hardworking lifeguard at the beach and attentive restaurant waiter/waitress. However, the service at the reception and manager handling a paid room upgrade should be improved further for a better guest experience. Not a 5-star experience. Lol. Hope they can improve on the communication and better room coordination. Marriott/Shangrila will do this in a much better way. Maybe it's me who put higher expectation on Taaras
Is this resort deserve a repeat? Maybe NO. Anyway tq for the experience

AafinHotel location next to the airport. Lots of free parking lot. Nice view of the flight take off and landing. Has elevator so don't worry if you come with senior citizens. Room is ok . Water heater function. Got Coway outside the rooms . Breakfast is great (tasteful) nasi dagang (during my stay). Expect less of the varieties cuz u just pay for RM 16 per pax for breakfast. They serve 1 main meal, 1 kuih, fruits, bread with spreads and 3 drinks. I don't mind with the varieties cuz the main meal is delicious! I'm gonna repeat this place if coming to Kuala Terengganu next time. Recommended.

Hotel with lift. Bathroom are not as advertised with shower screen. It will be whole bathroom wet when taking shower including bathroom door. Limited toiletries amenities. Free parking not available. Only avail are paid on street parking. Guest will have to pay parking. Cannot use t&g to pay.
Never remove the pillow case. You will be surprised.
A good welcomed reception.

A bit quiet for us adults without television.overall room is ok. But need to complain about the surrounding..dirty, full of rubbish and not well manage.maybe they did not finish their renovation yet.but that surrounding is very an eye-sore.

RRizanBuharyWhile the hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly, the overall condition of the hotel requires significant improvement. The building and rooms are quite old and show signs of neglect, including the presence of lizards in the rooms and bathrooms. In my opinion, the value of the hotel, including breakfast, should not exceed RM 100. Paying more may result in a disappointing experience.
Additionally, the nearby beach is not ideal. To reach Long Beach, which is more pleasant, you will need to take a taxi costing around RM 60 for a round trip or rent a bike for approximately RM 60 per day.
A special note: the hotel does not have a backup water tank. During my stay, there was a water outage, and we were without water for the entire day.

AAlicia MaeSo happy to have spent my time on Redang Island at De’Rimba. Thank you to the wonderful staff who are the friendliest people i appreciate everything they have done to make my time here the best i could have imagined!
My room was one of the top huts which had a comfortable queen size bed, TV, iron and ironing board. The bathroom was a bit smaller than what i was expecting in that i thought there would be more room to shower in, but it was fine by me as i was able to use it with no problem. The hut has a balcony which is nice to sit in and chill after coming back from the beach.
The food was so tasty and i was so relieved that they accept card payments because i forgot to take out money from the ATM before going to the island.
100% coming back to stay at De’Rimba in my next trip to Redang :)

EEdward AndrewPlace is rather run down for the island standard. Shower and bathroom really need some love put into them. The walls are very thin and it is rather noisy nearby. Breakfast is very unappealing, some further non-spicy options and simple things like heating up baked beans. Staff friendly but they don’t have snorkel gear you need to try nearby (which can be challenging if it’s busy).

SShad AB/The hotel is satisfactory and near to Kuala Trengganu.Even though we checked in late but the hotel’s staff is easy to contact. The cleanliness is very satisfactory. The price is reasonable. We checked out early in the morning and easier to us just drop the key inside the box.We were in a hurry to get to the jetty..Stay 1 night there for a walk around KT before going to redang island.
