I recently stayed at the Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre, and honestly, it ticked all the right boxes! The location is absolutely spot-on but right in the heart of the city, with major attractions just a stroll away. And if you’re into a bit of retail therapy, you’ll love the direct access to high-end shopping at Pavilion Mall. I barely had to lift a finger to get where I wanted.
The rooms? Spacious, beautifully styled, and super comfortable exactly what you need after a long day out. I stayed in one of the club rooms, and having access to the Executive Club Lounge was such a treat. The staff there were friendly, attentive, and just really professional all-round they made everything feel smooth and effortless.
Oh, and breakfast… wow. The choices were next level. Whether you’re into local Malaysian dishes, Western classics, or something a bit healthier, there’s something for everyone — and then some.
Overall, a fabulous stay. If you’re heading to KL and want comfort, convenience, and a touch of luxury, the Pullman is a great pick.

To be honest, I am very shocked to find out this hotel is currently under upgrading. You heard noice of drilling during day time.
The family room that I was staying is abit dated. The dust on the bathroom counter top is missed. The small fridge is barely functioning ( not cool).
Add to that, the hotel doesn’t offer complimentary parking for driving guests. Their basement carparks is closed for renovation. The reserved carparks in front of their hotel lobby entrance is reserved for their staffs!
However, I have to say the services from the doorman, the security and the room cleaning crew are awesome. They are super polite and really accommodating. Always offer their generous smile s and helping hand. I wish these are the qualities of the check in front desk would have 😢
When I finally checked out, there is no expression of regret from the staff for the noice and inconveniences for the guests staying at the hotel at this renovation time. They should have offered me free stay or any token of appreciation. Nothing!
I spend 3 nights staying at that hotel but not able to enjoy the staycation. Truly disappointed.
I will never go back to Pullman anymore.

Although the hotel was undergoing construction and upgrading they have allocated/ relocated things such that it did not affect my stay. Slight noise pollution during daytime but did not affect my rest at night. Overall very satisfied.

Premise is under renovation at main door entrance. There is some glue or adhesive smell when walk in to the lift. Room is spacious and check in and check out process is smooth and fast. Down side is the buffet breakfast provided has limited choice. Location wise is near to some mall or tourist attractions.

Booked 3 nights. Cannot cancel.
For this price I would expect a bathroom Scale
Lift is an issue. Got to go up to 21st before you can go to another level.
This is the second night here. Had to move from a room that's blowing cold air all night. Resulted a cold.
Basin drainage is blocked
Had an ox tail soup. Can't say it's delicious.
They offered me an upgrade next time I come

My recent stay at the Pullman Hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is pretty decent, though it’s clear that it has been in operation for many years. Some parts of the room showed signs of wear and tear. That said, the room was comfortable and functional, providing everything I needed for a relaxing stay.
What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service from the staff. They were incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond to accommodate my requests.
It’s worth noting that the hotel is currently undergoing maintenance, so future visitors should expect some noise during the daytime (8 AM–5 PM). While this was slightly noticeable, it didn’t significantly disrupt my stay, as the work was confined to reasonable hours.
Overall, I am happy with my time at the Pullman Hotel. The combination of comfortable accommodations, outstanding service, and the promise of upcoming renovations leaves me optimistic about the hotel’s future. I have no doubt that once the renovations are complete, the Pullman will shine even brighter and continue to provide an excellent experience for its guests. I would gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a reliable and welcoming stay.
