"We chose executive king size room. Nothing surprise in the room but the open area for travellers are interesting. It comes with fridge, drinking water machine some utensils. And the most important is its near to the senai airport."
"The location is very good, the price is reasonable, the staff is also very friendly, and the room type is good. The hygiene is a little poor, the ceiling of the room is a bit moldy, and the corners are not cleaned properly, and there is dust and cobwebs."
"Location not bad,
Room cleanliness average, the toilet door have noise once I tried swing open it .
Since the hotel located at the main road, noise from passing by vehicles can't be avoided.
The soundproof is also not up to standard, I can hear noises from corridors even the door is locked."
"Overall, the location ( lots of eateries around) and amenities are great, with a nice reception and security guard. The bed is comfortable too.
However, some maintenance issues need to be addressed, specifically:
- Toilet bowl set is damaged and flush isn't working properly
- Table lighting in the room is too dim for working
- Room isn't soundproof enough
Hope these issues can be fixed soon! 😊"
"The noise of traffic from the main road can be heard in rooms near the windows. Light sleepers are not recommended to choose rooms facing the main road."

Very Good
IIMKHALILI stayed for two nights. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The modern design of the hotel, clean lobby, and friendly staff made a great first impression. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety, loved the local options like nasi lemak, though the pastries were just nice. For the price, it’s great value for a 4-star hotel with these amenities. I’d recommend it for business travelers or anyone needing a convenient stop near the airport or outlets. Will likely return for my next trip!
AAnonymous UserI had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The cleanliness really stood out — everything from the room to the common areas was spotless and well-maintained. The location is also very convenient, especially for travelers, as it’s just a short drive from the airport. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place with easy airport access, I’d definitely recommend staying here.
GGuest UserI was welcomed by a knowledgeable staff with a clean amenities. It was a solid stay as I slept soundly the moment I reached the bed. Thank you Zenz hotel for making my first solo travelling a memorable one!
AAnonymous UserEverything was good except for the toilet cleanliness. The floor in Room 416 was noticeably dirty, which was disappointing. We were too tired to request a room change as we arrived in the evening with kids. We chose this hotel mainly for its convenient location near Senai Airport, but we do hope the management can take cleanliness more seriously, especially for the toilets. Thank you.
RR.SashikumarHad a pleasant stay at Grandeur Palm Resort Senai. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a friendly and welcoming receptionist who made the check-in process smooth and easy. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.A special thanks to Mr. Nesh, the swimming pool in charge, for being extremely helpful and attentive he made our kids pool experience enjoyable and safe.Breakfast was simple yet satisfying, definitely worth the money. Overall, a great value stay with warm hospitality. Highly recommended for both short and long stays.
GGOHHotel looks old, although non-smoking room but constantly have smoking smell. Water heater not working well.
Bed is clean, aircon is cold, downstairs got tea garden, easy access for breakfast and dinner.
AAnonymous UserRoom price considering higher than other hotels. The room is looking clean, the toilet clean to use, bed is nice to sleep that not causing itchiness, only thing is that the cup given is dirty and got voice slightly high out of the door as there's quarrell between the customers. However, still considering good as not affecting sleeping at night. Amenities given aren't good enough as there's no soap even got shampoo given in the toilet but it's not in packaging so then would be worry to use.
JJamie00The location is secluded and peaceful. The building, rooms and grounds are a little old and crumbly but clean and green. The sounds of nature are amazing and awesome.
We were prepared for simple meals without much of a choice, having read reviews and understanding that the location has a part to play.
However, we did not expect the food to be bad. What made it worse was that when we gave feedback on my brother’s dish, which was especially hard, the server said he would talk to the chef, then came back with the receipt saying it is what we ordered. It was also interesting that when we were still hanging around after dinner, we indicated to the server (who was attentive) that we were done and that he could clear the dishes, sensing that he wanted to. He offered the information that yes the chef wants to go home!
There are no telephones in the room. The TV turned on by itself 3 times at night, disrupting our sleep.
Basically you are on your own if you need assistance at night.
The nice part of this stay is the horse riding stables. We had a nice chat with the very friendly trainer the next morning and had fun playing with the horses. If you want to try horse riding, the fees are additional.
All in all, I can’t rate this accom highly as we did not get proper rest (good, uninterrupted sleep is a basic expectation), food was not good with no accessible options, and service was nonchalant; almost laughable. Not worth what we paid.
However the place has a lovely proposition with its serenity and horses - I hope it does better.
EEvelynRoom floor was oily. No customer service attitude. Counter took their time to attend to customers. No night life around the area. They provide water coolers. Old hotel but nice design. Not much plugs in each room.
HHahuhaheClose to Senai airport but not within walking distance. Shower not screened from toilet, so once you shower, the toilet floor is wet. The surrounding environment is very degraded. See a lot of litter. The trash point is an eyesore. Potholes are filled in with construction debris. Not the hotel's fault. But i am not coming back.
