Shobla Royale

I had one of the worst experiences ever at Shobla Hotel in Kullu. Right from the check-in, things started on a bad note. The receptionist was incredibly rude and unwelcoming, which set a very negative tone for the stay. The restaurant experience was no better. Around 70% of the items on the menu were unavailable. When I ordered vodka with Sprite, I was bluntly told I had to have it with Thums Up—completely unacceptable and unprofessional. To make things worse, the waiter had no knowledge or training and couldn’t answer basic questions about the menu. The room was also not up to the mark. Basic amenities were missing—no toilet tissues, no quilt, and the overall cleanliness and upkeep were below average. It felt like no one cared about guest comfort. Across the board, the hotel staff was rude and uncooperative. Hospitality was non-existent. This was a truly terrible experience, and I will make sure to spread the word so others don’t face the same disappointment. Definitely not recommended.

Very good. If south indian food also available, then it will be vvvvv good. South indian with 100% south indian food needed in this hotel

Although property is good but food quality is average. Also i feel as per location ambience should be better
