"The location is easy to find, but it is more suitable for self-driving tours. There is free parking, but the parking spaces were full that day. The staff recommended parking in the paid parking lot next to the hotel. It cost 300 yen for one night. Although the room is a little small, the environment is clean! Overall excellent, the staff service is very good! There is a very delicious restaurant nearby, Honke Sanukiya 本家さぬきや 熊と店, about a 2-minute walk away."

"Absolutely the best hotel staff !! So friendly and helpful!! The shuttle is great but make sure if you need it check the times because drop offs and pick ups are limited. The room was clean and spacious. The tub and water pressure amazing ! The breakfast was good but get there early because it gets busy and the food was not available. The restaurant has wonderful Japanese food. The tempura platter was amazing and so fresh.!! The bed was good, I should have asked for extra pillows because it comes with (2) I like 4, but that is just me. The location is great because it is so close to the railway station and the airport. This is not the hotel’s fault but other rude guest who communicates very loudly in the early morning or late night. People should remember to speak quietly in the hallway near the doors of other rooms. Otherwise was an absolutely an amazing experience. I will definitely return because of the staff is wonderful. "The location is very convenient for my family， when we drive here,and the parking lot is just opposite the hotel,and also there is a restaurant besides the entrance of the hotel.The room is really good and super enough space for my whole family members,especially for my kids, they do really play happily in the room.You can find a free drinking bar at the second floor.There are whiskey coffee and juice. Last,be careful of the washing room water tap is not easy to control.My kids wakes up at 6:30 around,the reason is there’s no curtains to block the sunlight,so bright to sleep.I need darkness always when I want to sleep."

"This was my first time staying here to attend an event nearby, but it was comfortable✨Many carp greeted me in the small pond in front of the entrance😊The room was well-cleaned and there were disposable slippers, so it felt clean. The large public bath was nice, but I was able to reserve a private hot spring bath (flowing directly from the source) with a Finnish sauna, so I was able to relax.
