Hotel views of mountain is good, rooms were cleaned. Only problem was we were all 60s so rooms given to us was way below the slope where we have to climb the stairs was quite steep. Tv reception was bad. Good for young couples.

We chose Ayana Holiday Resort for its unbeatable location close to Kinabalu Park and it turned out to be the best decision! 🤩 After a long day on the trails, resting and recovering on soft, comfortable bed 🛏️ was pure bliss. The resort is surrounded by nature 🌱, and waking up to birdsong 🐦 in the cool mountain air made the experience even more special. Perfect for adventurers who want both excitement and peaceful rest. 💚✨

Our second visit to Ayana Holiday Resort was as wonderful as the first. We really appreciate the warm hospitality and the cozy, spacious rooms. We truly enjoyed our time at Ayana Holiday Resort. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. The property is well-kept and has a lovely garden area to enjoy the cool breeze. Our family loved the spacious family room, which was both affordable and cozy. This resort will be on our list for future trips to Ranau soon!

Do not book this place. We booked through an app, looked at the photos and reviews and booked a room. The room we were provided with was not what we had booked. We were shown 2 more rooms neither of which fulfilled the booking description. We showed a member of staff the photos of the room we had booked and were told the room did not exist. The help centre staff from the booking app have sought a refund and are currently looking into the property

As a solo traveler, I always look for places where I can relax in peace, and Ayana was exactly that. It’s quiet, safe, and incredibly beautiful. I spent my mornings hiking nearby and my evenings reading a book with a warm drink on the balcony. It was the perfect place to clear my mind and just enjoy being in the moment.

We were impressed by how well-kept the resort was. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable enough to ensure a good night’s sleep. Tucked away from the noise of the city, Ayana Holiday Resort gave us the peaceful retreat we were looking for. The surrounding greenery, fresh mountain air, and stunning sunrise views were simply breathtaking. Our room was cozy, and we loved sipping tea on the balcony while enjoying the scenery. The staff were welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely come back for another relaxing getaway!

キナバル公園からは徒歩約15 分だが、歩道はなく、交通量も多い。 斜面に数棟が段々にあり、一番下はかなり階段を下る。部屋からの眺めは良い（ただしキナバル山とは反対側）。隣に手頃なレストランがあり、食事ができる。フロントで乗り合いタクシーを頼んだが、1時間後でも人が集まらず、結局2時間後にチャーターすることになった。　特にオススメはしない。

I had a great time at Ayana Kundasang. The hotel is clean, and they even provide a DVD player with some DVDs to enjoy in the room. The morning view is amazing, surrounded by beautiful landscapes. We stayed in the quiet zone, which is further down and has many stairs. It’s very peaceful, but I don’t recommend it for families with babies or people who have leg problems. Climbing the stairs while carrying a baby or for someone with leg issues can be hard. It’s better to ask for a room near the reception where there are fewer stairs. Overall, I loved the place and enjoyed my stay!
