I give a rating based on the room I ordered, not overall, I'm sure that overall all categories are at Five Star, coincidentally I got a room called the tree house which is at the very end of this resort. the place is okay. With a traditional ***a design, it's good for a family vacation, but the location is on the edge of being a challenge for us because it feels like a test of courage hehe... the rest is cool, the service is okay... the facilities need to be improved in this tree house.

It should be the family room that I booked has a bathtub, but it said that LG is full, so you can have a bathtub but the room is very spacious and clean ... It's great, but next time I will definitely go there again if I go home

Order a room with a view of the mountain but I got it at the corner of the building so it was covered by the Alamanda restaurant building. Overall the room was actually clean but what needed to be cleaned were the ants that kept coming out of the dressing table as if there was a nest behind the glass so I asked for Baygon to be sprayed continuously. Because the ants kept coming out all night. And when I entered the room I always checked the condition of the room including opening the curtains considering there was a balcony and the balcony door could be opened, what I was afraid of was that there were insects that might have entered the room (maybe the previous guest opened the balcony door x yes.) so my suggestion considering there was a balcony door that could be opened and the location had lots of trees and flowers automatically insects even wasps could enter the room please check when cleaning. Anyway thank you the person immediately moved quickly called immediately brought a ladder & cloth to catch the two insects (the wasp on the ceiling of the room and I don't know the name of the one in the photo) plus Baygon for the ant that kept coming out. As a result I asked for the Baygon to be left in the room. For breakfast there is Indomie but request for cayenne pepper and egg is not made as a result after asking about the egg it comes but no chili. Overall the breakfast is full Indonesian menu including Indomie. It would be better if there is sausage as a side dish for pasta/fries/mouse potato, kids will definitely like it because the food is not too heavy in the morning. Because what is sought is a menu outside of the daily food at home. Considering that the room above does not have an elevator but stairs. It is better when there are still many people swimming in the pool. Please have a cleaning service + mop on standby on the stairs. It's scary that there is a lot of water on the edge of the stairs because people who have been swimming go up to the room while still wet as a result the water drips a lot on the stairs. God forbid if someone falls, it will be a mess. Later the hotel itself will be blamed for not cleaning it. I have often called and reminded the staff to mop immediately. But the last time the mop was still wet. Just a suggestion, use a mop that dries once, don't use a cloth base because it will still get wet. The parking lot is very spacious. Considering the transitional season, it is recommended to bring mosquito repellent. There are so many mosquitoes in the lobby. Maybe because the lights are not bright enough.

Amazing place for families or gathering on your way to central java .They just opened last year ,so everything was pretty brand new. Feel the Indonesian service in all aspects. Room was awesome with modern amenities ,and spacious bed. However tv programs can be improved. Breakfast awesome with lots of local varieties. They even served jamu. And special warm water pools. Love it . Kids also love kidsroom.

The place is near the mountains. The room is quite spacious. View from the pool is nice looking up the mountain.
