This place truly deserves a great review. I landed at Kunming Airport very early in the morning, completely exhausted. After collecting my luggage, I contacted the driver, and the hotel's pick-up spot was very easy to find, leading to a quick and smooth pick-up. The driver had an excellent attitude and was incredibly patient, even managing to pull my luggage with one hand while answering pick-up calls from other guests with the other. Upon arrival at the hotel, check-in was seamless. The hotel even provided a lovely welcome gift of fresh flower cakes and tamarind sweets, which were absolutely delicious. The bedding was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was equipped with smart controls, allowing me to turn off all the lights with just a voice command. A simple breakfast was also provided the next morning. I highly recommend this place for anyone needing an overnight stay near Kunming Airport. Check-out was effortless, making the entire process stress-free and providing a seamless and painless start to your vacation.

The service at the Kunming Mingyu Licheng Hotel during this trip to Kunming truly exceeded all my expectations! What stood out most was the airport transfer service, which made everything so seamless. Not only did the driver arrive early in the morning and wait, ensuring we didn't have to wait a single minute, but the staff also proactively reminded us of the pickup time and important details the day before. This attention to detail and thoughtfulness was exceptional. As we had an early morning flight, I fully expected to miss breakfast. However, to my pleasant surprise, the hotel had prepared a convenient grab-and-go breakfast for us, complete with bread, an egg, and milk – perfectly nutritious and easy to take on our way. Our room was also spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making for a truly relaxing stay.

This time Kunming is on a business trip to choose the right hotel! It takes only 5 minutes to walk from Kunming Station. You can go directly to the store to put your luggage under the high-speed rail, without delaying time. The room facilities are particularly complete, not only with fast charging sockets, high-definition TV, but also with desks, chairs and desk lamps, which is especially convenient for temporary processing of documents. Hygiene is not picked, the sheets and quilts are not a little wrinkled, and the bathroom is dry and wet without smell. The front desk was very patient when helping, and there was a need to be on call. I will choose here next time I come to Kunming for a business trip!

The hotel experience this time was really great! As soon as I stepped into the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly. The check-in process was efficient and intimate. They also carefully introduced the fun places and delicious restaurants around. The favorability was directly full. The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and clean, the bathroom did not have any smell, the toiletries were neatly arranged, and it was not more comfortable to live. The location is not to say, it is super close to the subway station and the bus station, and you can easily reach various attractions when you go out. There are shopping malls and food courts nearby. It is very convenient to eat and shop. Next time I travel, I will definitely choose this one!

Environment: There are many small shops around, the Yunnan specialty Yun Xiao Niang and the Guizhou mutton rice noodles downstairs are delicious. Service: The service is very good. We were traveling as a family and they upgraded us to a family room when they saw we were bringing our children. The service attitude is good, comparable to a five-star hotel.
