Ivanhoe Resort

We had a disappointing experience at Ivanhoe Village Caravan Resort — the cabin we were allocated was not up to the standard advertised. The floors were dirty, the air conditioner was extremely noisy, and overall cleanliness was below what you’d expect from something labelled “deluxe.” We weren’t able to stay the night and had to find alternative accommodation at short notice. That said, management responded to our concerns and issued a full refund without further argument, which we appreciated. While the stay itself was far from ideal, their willingness to resolve the issue professionally is noted.

Excellent place to stop in Kununurra… clean amenities, super friendly staff and a great mix of visitors. Pool is fantastic morning or night, and a great mix of shade trees. Park is only 15mins walk from town with easy access to other local places in the area. Has a fantastic array of options for accommodation from unpowered sites to cabins.

We enjoyed our stay, its a very nice park and very quiet.

Although the cabin is showing its age it is a good standard. Staff were really helpful especially when I needed to move the date by a day. Lovely welcome on arrival so I will be back

The cabin I stayed in had a faulty keylock and the sliding door didn't work well - was difficult to lock and unlock. The pillows were really old and uncomfortable, there was not liquid or cake soap in bathroom, the TV remote didn't work and the microwave clock light shone directly onto my bed all night. Very uncomfortable experience and I would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.
